【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展,“家丑不可外揚”等傳統(tǒng)觀念的衰弱,各種家庭犯罪事件的報道以及家庭調(diào)解類電視節(jié)目的興起,使得現(xiàn)代家庭危機問題不斷地暴露在大眾的視野中。如家庭暴力,外遇,親子溝通障礙,青少年犯罪等現(xiàn)代家庭危機,不僅危害家庭成員的身心健康,還對家庭和社會的和諧造成不利的影響�，F(xiàn)代家庭危機的出現(xiàn)引起了社會各界的廣泛關注,使得人們開始認識到原生家庭在每個人成長過程中所造成的影響,并認識到家庭治療的必要性和重要性。薩提亞家庭治療模式是一個可以有效改善家庭成員關系,家庭溝通模式的工具,它在國外已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應用,并取得了非常好的成效。本次研究采用定性研究法,包括文獻回顧,訪談以及個案工作法,研究薩提亞家庭治療模式在青少年家庭暴力(1)治療中的具體應用,試圖歸納總結出一條有效的治療青少年家庭暴力的途徑和方法。在個案輔導過程中,社工首先與服務對象進行深度訪談,了解其心理狀況和家庭環(huán)境,然后運用薩提亞家庭治療理論對其目前面臨的困境進行分析,幫助服務對象認清目前的困境,找出癥結所在。然后運用雕塑技巧將對其有重大影響的家庭事件進行重塑,還原當時的場景,通過社工的引導,使服務對象及家庭成員能以全新的視角看待這一事件,改變服務對象對父母的認識,改善其與父母的關系。并通過社工的引導,重新建立家庭內(nèi)部的溝通模式,使家庭成員能夠以更合理的方式應對生活中出現(xiàn)的問題。最后,根據(jù)結案后的跟蹤反饋以及對治療效果及過程的評估,得出了薩提亞家庭治療模式在青少年家庭暴力治療中具有良好的效果這一結論。在文章的最后,本文對治療過程中的不足之處進行了反思并提出了相應的改進建議,對薩提亞家庭治療模式在中國的發(fā)展前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern society, "domestic shame should not be published" in the traditional concept of family breakdown, rise of various crime reports and family mediation class television programs, the modern family crisis constantly exposed to public view. Such as family violence, disorder affair, parent-child communication, juvenile delinquency and other modern family crisis that is not only harmful to physical and mental health of family members, but also cause adverse effects on the harmonious family and society. The modern family crisis has aroused widespread concern in the community, so that people begin to recognize the influence of family of origin caused by everyone in the growth process, and realize the necessity and importance of the Satir family therapy. Is a model of family therapy can effectively improve the relationship between family members, family communication tools, it has been widely used in abroad, and has achieved non Very good results. This study uses qualitative research methods, including literature review, interview and case study method, the Satir family therapy model in adolescent family violence (1) specific treatment application, tries to sum up the ways and methods of an effective treatment for adolescents with family violence. In the case of counseling process first of all, in-depth interviews and social service object, understand the psychological status and family environment, and then use the Satir family therapy theory to analyze the current dilemma, to help clients recognize the current difficulties, find out the crux of the problem. Then using the technique of sculpture will have a significant impact on the family event of remodeling, reduction time the scene, guided by social workers, so that the service object and the family members can look at this event in a new view, change the service object of knowledge on their parents, and improve their The relationship between parents and social workers. Through the guidance, the re establishment of family communication patterns, so that family members can appear in a more reasonable way to deal with the problem of life. Finally, according to the feedback after the case tracking and assessment of therapeutic effect and process, came to this conclusion the Satir family therapy model has a good effect in the treatment of adolescent family violence. At the end of this paper, the deficiencies in the treatment process of reflection and put forward some suggestions to improve the prospects for the development of the Satir family therapy model in Chinese are discussed.
