個(gè)人球型職業(yè)興趣活動(dòng)分量表(PGI-A)的初步修訂

【摘要】:職業(yè)興趣作為職業(yè)選擇的影響因素之一,受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。個(gè)人球型職業(yè)興趣量表(PGI)是2002年來(lái)Tracey編制的新型職業(yè)探索工具,能幫助大學(xué)生探索職業(yè)興趣。本研究對(duì)個(gè)人球型職業(yè)興趣活動(dòng)分量表(PGI-A)進(jìn)行修訂。經(jīng)過翻譯、項(xiàng)目調(diào)整和三次修訂,共調(diào)查來(lái)自江蘇省南京、常州、揚(yáng)州、鹽城四個(gè)城市的1056名大學(xué)生,得到以下結(jié)論: (1)修改13個(gè)量表原有項(xiàng)目,最終形成中文版的個(gè)人球型職業(yè)興趣活動(dòng)分量表。中文版量表分3個(gè)維度18個(gè)因素,每個(gè)因素6個(gè)項(xiàng)目,另有2個(gè)重復(fù)項(xiàng)目,共110個(gè)項(xiàng)目,每個(gè)項(xiàng)目7點(diǎn)記分。 (2)對(duì)中文版量表進(jìn)行了內(nèi)部一致性信度和重測(cè)信度的分析。量表的總體內(nèi)部一致性α系數(shù)為0.956;18個(gè)維度的內(nèi)部一致性α系數(shù)在0.671-0.836之間,重測(cè)信度在0.796-0.876之間。 (3)對(duì)正式量表進(jìn)行了內(nèi)容效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度和效標(biāo)效度的分析。本研究所修訂的量表是Tracey公開發(fā)表在《職業(yè)行為雜志》上的,請(qǐng)專家進(jìn)行了審查,從而保證了該量表具有較好的內(nèi)容效度。結(jié)構(gòu)效度的分析采用探索性因素分析和隨機(jī)檢驗(yàn)法。結(jié)果顯示探索性因素分析KMO值為0.895,名望興趣部分的KMO值為0.933;18個(gè)維度的KMO值在0.659-0.873之間,每個(gè)項(xiàng)目的載荷值均在0.457以上;模型-數(shù)據(jù)擬合指標(biāo)(CI值)為0.512,p=0.001。 效標(biāo)效度采用方差分析和非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示8個(gè)基本興趣可以將相應(yīng)專業(yè)與其他專業(yè)區(qū)分開;當(dāng)被試的職業(yè)興趣類型與所學(xué)專業(yè)類型一致時(shí),被試對(duì)所學(xué)專業(yè)會(huì)產(chǎn)生更多的滿意感。 (4)制定了江蘇省大學(xué)生的總分常模、性別常模以及專業(yè)常模。
[Abstract]:Occupation interest as a factor of occupation choice, has attracted widespread attention. Occupation personal interest ball scale (PGI) in 2002 to new occupation Tracey programming tool to explore, can help students explore the occupation interest. This study is divided into scale of individual spherical occupation interest activity (PGI-A) after translation was revised. Three, project adjustment and revision, were investigated from Jiangsu Province, Nanjing, Changzhou, Yangzhou, 1056 college students in four Yancheng City, obtained the following conclusions:
(1) modify the original items of the 13 scales, and finally form the Chinese version of the personal ball interest activity subscale. The Chinese version of the scale is divided into 3 dimensions, 18 factors, 6 items for each factor, and 2 duplicate items, 110 items for each item, and 7 points for each item.
(2) the internal consistency reliability and test-retest reliability of the Chinese version of the scale were analyzed. The overall internal consistency of the scale was 0.956, the internal consistency of the 18 dimensions was between 0.671-0.836 and the test-retest reliability was between 0.796-0.876.
(3) the formal questionnaire content validity, structure validity and criterion validity. This scale is Tracey published in < > magazine on the occupation behavior, experts were reviewed, so as to ensure the scale has good content validity. The construct validity of the analysis exploratory factor analysis and random test method. The results of exploratory factor analysis of KMO value is 0.895, the KMO value of fame in part 0.933; 18 dimensions of the KMO value is between 0.659-0.873, the load of each item value was above 0.457; the model data fitting index (CI value) was 0.512, p=0.001.
The criterion validity was tested by variance analysis and nonparametric test. The results showed that 8 basic interests could separate professional from other professions. When subjects' professional interest types coincide with those of their majors, subjects would feel more satisfied with their majors.
(4) the general norm, Gender Norm and professional norm of college students in Jiangsu province were formulated.
