【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情生態(tài)是一個復(fù)雜多變的社會生態(tài)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)內(nèi)輿情主體因素、輿情客體因素及輿情環(huán)境因素相互影響、相互作用、相互制約,發(fā)生著多維度、多層次、立體化的互動。研究從"生產(chǎn)——傳播——消費——分解"四個關(guān)鍵節(jié)點來解構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)運行過程:生產(chǎn)動力驅(qū)動網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的醞釀生成;傳播動力推動網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的擴(kuò)散升級;消費動力拉動網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的集中爆發(fā);分解動力催動網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的消退與轉(zhuǎn)化。這四個動力節(jié)點是探究網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情生態(tài)系統(tǒng)運行機(jī)制的重中之重,也是有效化解輿情危機(jī)、實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情生態(tài)治理的邏輯起點。
[Abstract]:Network public opinion ecology is a complex and changeable social ecological system, in which public opinion subject factors, public opinion object factors and public opinion environment factors interact, interact and restrict each other, and take place multi-dimensional, multi-level and three-dimensional interaction.The dynamic running process of network public opinion ecosystem is deconstructed from the four key nodes of "production-propagation-consumption-decomposing": production power drives the development of network public opinion, communication power promotes the diffusion and upgrade of network public opinion;Consumer power stimulates the centralized outbreak of network public opinion; decomposes the power to promote the extinction and transformation of network public opinion.These four power nodes are the most important to explore the operational mechanism of network public opinion ecosystem, and also the logical starting point to effectively resolve the crisis of public opinion and realize the ecological governance of network public opinion.
