【摘要】：隨著人類社會發(fā)展以及科技進步,移動電話作為20世紀(jì)一項重要發(fā)明于1973年首次面世。與人類社會早期的通訊方式相比,移動電話具有便攜性、移動性、交互性等顯見特點,加之使用門檻低、功能多、人性化、多媒體化因而具有明顯競爭優(yōu)勢。因此,移動電話的發(fā)展極為迅速,成為普及廣、信號覆蓋率高的移動通訊工具。同時,這一特殊的技術(shù)載體與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以及多媒體技術(shù)的融合日趨緊密,而且呈現(xiàn)不斷變化、加快發(fā)展的趨勢。移動電話技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及發(fā)展,給人類社會生產(chǎn)帶來巨大影響,給人類社會生活帶來了便利,給人類社會管理貢獻了新的工具。移動電話改變了人們的生活習(xí)慣,變革了人類的生活方式,加快了其價值觀念更新；移動電話有力促進人類社會生產(chǎn),不僅有效節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)成本,而且大大降低了交易成本。移動電話與社會產(chǎn)生了深刻的互動,它引起了社會政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、軍事領(lǐng)域的變革。然而,移動電話的發(fā)展也給人類社會帶來許多問題。移動電話使用過程中出現(xiàn)了失范現(xiàn)象,造成了對公共領(lǐng)域的干擾,產(chǎn)生了時間空間觀念的混淆,出現(xiàn)了社會交往的混亂,引發(fā)了道德、倫理及法律問題,還直接或間接對人類的身體健康與人身安全構(gòu)成威脅。 因此,本文以當(dāng)代社會為現(xiàn)實語境,結(jié)合移動通訊技術(shù)發(fā)展的歷史過程和時代特點,運用科學(xué)社會學(xué)的基本原理和方法,從跨學(xué)科的視角,對廣泛使用移動電話的社會現(xiàn)象進行了深刻剖析,系統(tǒng)深入地研究了移動電話與社會互動問題,包括移動電話對人類社會的深刻影響,移動電話發(fā)展帶來的社會問題,移動電話發(fā)展的社會控制,并提出了有利于我國移動電話健康發(fā)展的對策建議。 本文共分為六個章節(jié)。 第一章主要分析了移動電話技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,闡明了移動電話科學(xué)社會學(xué)研究的意義,并綜述其相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二章回顧了移動電話技術(shù)發(fā)展的歷史,從科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的角度分析移動電話發(fā)展的特點,包括移動電話的誕生、技術(shù)的革新到功能的拓展。研究移動電話在技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的不斷創(chuàng)新,結(jié)合中國當(dāng)代社會移動電話生產(chǎn)、運營、使用發(fā)展的特點,對移動電話的未來進行分析和預(yù)測,進而預(yù)示移動電話未來技術(shù)發(fā)展的方向。 第三章分析移動電話發(fā)展對人類社會的影響,主要從生產(chǎn)、生活、文化、軍事,社會管理等方面研究移動電話與社會互動,分析其中的社會現(xiàn)象。首先,分析了年長人群、青少年及特殊人群使用移動電話的原因和需求。其次,分析了移動電話對辦公、工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、物流發(fā)展帶來的影響。由于移動電話的運用對人類社會管理的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展提供了新的平臺,有助于緩解政府與公眾的信息不對稱狀況,有利于政府與民眾進行有效溝通。因此,有必要對移動電話與社會管理的關(guān)系進行重點研究,在第三節(jié)中從促進溝通、提高效率、樹立形象、參與管理四個角度進行了分析,指出了不同國家與文化的人們,在移動電話使用過程中表現(xiàn)出較大的文化差異,分析了以山寨手機為起始點的山寨文化現(xiàn)象。最后,概述了戰(zhàn)爭對移動通訊技術(shù)的催化作用,以及移動電話技術(shù)對國防軍事的影響。 第四章探索移動電話發(fā)展給人類社會帶來的問題。分析了移動電話帶來的一系列失范現(xiàn)象和社會問題,諸如侵犯個人隱私問題、手機出版物版權(quán)問題、信息安全問題、垃圾信息問題、手機廣告侵權(quán)問題、手機傳播色情淫穢信息問題等,并從法理的角度對這些失范現(xiàn)象進行了分析。研究指出,移動電話給人類社會生產(chǎn)、社會生活帶來便利的同時,也改變了人際交往的模式,造成了人類時間和空間的交錯,以及公共空間和私人空間的模糊,對公共領(lǐng)域形成了無形的干擾。文中還提到了移動電話的使用也會影響到人類的健康和安全,分析了移動電話的使用與社會發(fā)展的道德和倫理、禮儀與禮節(jié)以及生態(tài)倫理問題。 第五章研究移動電話發(fā)展的社會控制。立足于我國移動電話技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,著眼于移動電話與社會互動的良性循環(huán),研究了移動電話在信息傳播及媒體監(jiān)管方面產(chǎn)生的有關(guān)法律和管理方面的問題,并提出具有建設(shè)性的對策措施。移動電話的發(fā)展與社會互動關(guān)系的良性循環(huán),離不開法律法規(guī)建設(shè)和政府及行業(yè)部門的監(jiān)管,同時也離不開技術(shù)發(fā)展的支持以及人類自身意識的提高。 第六章分析了本研究的重難點,并指明了未來進一步深入研究的方向。

This article is divided into six chapters.
