【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快，，城市居民與所在社區(qū)的關(guān)系愈來(lái)愈密切。推動(dòng)城市社區(qū)建設(shè)，拓展社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施構(gòu)建，關(guān)注城市居民生活意識(shí)形態(tài)，已成為廣大城市居民的迫切要求。我國(guó)城市的居住社區(qū)是具有中國(guó)特色的行政社區(qū)，基于國(guó)外各種社區(qū)理論發(fā)展延伸而來(lái)，具有一定的復(fù)雜性。 目前國(guó)內(nèi)外社區(qū)規(guī)劃理論僅局限于物質(zhì)空間構(gòu)建或居民意識(shí)形態(tài)的某一方面?zhèn)戎匮芯浚c真正意義上的物質(zhì)影響精神，精神反作用物質(zhì)的基本哲學(xué)思想有一定的距離。本文以社區(qū)空間構(gòu)建中相當(dāng)重要的服務(wù)設(shè)施構(gòu)建情況作為物質(zhì)研究典型，社區(qū)中居民生活的社區(qū)意識(shí)作為精神研究典型，研究?jī)烧哒嬲饬x上的相關(guān)性。嘗試找出兩者的正負(fù)相關(guān)性及相關(guān)程度，從而推導(dǎo)出一系列在社區(qū)規(guī)劃和管理中可作具體實(shí)踐的措施和策略。 文章緒論通過(guò)闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外社區(qū)研究的理論和實(shí)踐引出本文需要研究的內(nèi)容。并進(jìn)一步對(duì)于本文的研究意義、局限性、方法與框架做了介紹。社區(qū)理論和相關(guān)性理論的概述，介紹了社區(qū)的構(gòu)成、社區(qū)意識(shí)、社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)及相關(guān)性的具體內(nèi)容。另外，進(jìn)一步闡述我國(guó)社區(qū)建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)型期下面臨的一系列問(wèn)題，以及服務(wù)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建對(duì)于社區(qū)發(fā)展的重要性。 第二章是介紹的研究社區(qū)意識(shí)的方法，通過(guò)觀察和分析哪些介入點(diǎn)來(lái)全面了解社區(qū)意識(shí)的問(wèn)題，最后介紹了社區(qū)意識(shí)對(duì)社區(qū)資本積累的重要性。分析了影響研究社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)的因素，以及研究服務(wù)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)時(shí)作為依據(jù)的參數(shù)情況，最后總結(jié)了研究社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施的目的。 第三章是根據(jù)社區(qū)各類(lèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施的特點(diǎn)分門(mén)別類(lèi)分析它們與社區(qū)意識(shí)的具體相關(guān)性。 第四章是實(shí)例分析，以長(zhǎng)沙市荷花園社區(qū)為例進(jìn)行的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查成果展示及具體的相關(guān)性成果分析。建議和策略，從得出的相關(guān)性結(jié)果來(lái)給出具體的社區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)及管理層面建議和應(yīng)對(duì)問(wèn)題的策略。 最后，文章總結(jié)概括性地介紹了本次論文研究的主要結(jié)論，并提出需要進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the relationship between urban residents and their communities is getting closer and closer.To promote the construction of urban community, to expand the construction of community service facilities and to pay attention to the ideology of urban residents' life has become an urgent requirement for the vast number of urban residents.The residential community of Chinese cities is an administrative community with Chinese characteristics, which is based on the development of various kinds of community theories in foreign countries and has certain complexity.At present, the theory of community planning at home and abroad is limited to the construction of material space or the study of one aspect of resident ideology, which is far away from the basic philosophical thought of material influence and spiritual reaction in the real sense.This paper takes the construction of service facilities, which is very important in the construction of community space, as a typical material research model, and the community consciousness of residents' life in the community as a typical example of spiritual research, and studies the relationship between the two in the real sense.This paper tries to find out the positive and negative correlation and the degree of correlation between them, and then deduces a series of practical measures and strategies in community planning and management.The introduction of this paper introduces the theory and practice of community research at home and abroad.Furthermore, it introduces the significance, limitation, method and framework of this paper.This paper summarizes the community theory and relevance theory, and introduces the community constitution, community consciousness, community service facilities system and its relevance.In addition, a series of problems in the transition period of community construction in our country and the importance of the construction of service facilities system to the development of the community are further expounded.The second chapter is an introduction to the study of community awareness, through observation and analysis of which intervention points to understand community awareness, and finally introduces the importance of community awareness to the accumulation of community capital.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the study of community service facility system and the parameters based on which the research on community service facility system is based. Finally, the purpose of the research on community service facility is summarized.The third chapter analyzes the relationship between community consciousness and community service facilities according to their characteristics.The fourth chapter is the case analysis, taking the community of lotus garden in Changsha as an example to show the results of questionnaire survey and the concrete correlation analysis.Suggestions and strategies, from the relevant results to give specific community planning and design and management level of advice and strategies to deal with the problem.Finally, the paper summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and points out that further research is needed.
