【摘要】：城市非正規(guī)空間由居民自發(fā)形成,代表城市中弱勢(shì)居民群體的生活訴求,體現(xiàn)了城市低收入階層的住房、就業(yè)及消費(fèi)需求,是城市增長導(dǎo)致的多樣化空間需求的特定表現(xiàn)以及市場(chǎng)選擇的結(jié)果。城市非正規(guī)空間有其自身形成機(jī)制和內(nèi)在邏輯,應(yīng)在尊重其固有自發(fā)秩序的基礎(chǔ)上,從城市發(fā)展、社區(qū)發(fā)展、人文延續(xù)以及居民生活模式等角度探索非正規(guī)空間的更新方式,讓更多的人從城市更新中獲益,防止社會(huì)空間極化,體現(xiàn)包容性治理的價(jià)值取向,促進(jìn)城市空間的有機(jī)融合。
[Abstract]:The urban informal space is formed spontaneously by the residents, which represents the life demands of the vulnerable residents in the city, and reflects the housing, employment and consumption needs of the low-income class in the city.It is the specific manifestation of diversified spatial demand caused by urban growth and the result of market choice.Urban informal space has its own formation mechanism and internal logic. It should explore the renewal of informal space from the perspectives of urban development, community development, humanistic continuation and resident life mode, on the basis of respecting its inherent spontaneous order.Let more people benefit from urban renewal, prevent social spatial polarization, embody the value orientation of inclusive governance, and promote the organic integration of urban space.
