【摘要】：體育領(lǐng)域的男女平等是世界性別平等問題的重要方面。20世紀(jì)80年代以來,中國女運動員在國際舞臺上取得了引人矚目的成績。這些女運動員的成績在全球給人的印象是中國在體育方面實現(xiàn)了性別平等。實際上,雖然中國在精英體育中實現(xiàn)了高度的男女平等,但這種平等并沒有表現(xiàn)在群眾性體育中。成功的精英女運動員獲得全國人民的稱贊和尊重,但是在群眾體育中的參與和體育選擇,中國女子仍然面臨不平等的機會與歧視。因此本文試圖回答以下問題:中國的女子精英體育和女子群眾體育之間為何會存在巨大的差距?本文探討了產(chǎn)生和維護(hù)這種差異的政治、經(jīng)濟和社會原因,并發(fā)現(xiàn)社會因素是其中最有影響力的因素。在回顧了現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)以及對26位人進(jìn)行了訪談之后,筆者認(rèn)為社會因素的影響主要是儒家思想的影響對中國女性進(jìn)行了"社會化",使其符合傳統(tǒng)的性別刻板印象以及預(yù)期要達(dá)到的審美標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這是中國女子參與群眾體育最大的障礙。中國社會希望參加群眾體育的中國女性局限于強調(diào)美麗和優(yōu)雅的運動,而不希望她們獲得參與強調(diào)接觸性(contact)、沖擊性(aggression)和力量型(strength)運動的機會。因為這個問題在中國大都被忽視,本研究期待引起中國社會各方面的注意,并提出改善這種情況的一點建議。
[Abstract]:Gender equality in sports is an important aspect of the world's gender equality. Chinese women athletes have made remarkable achievements on the international stage. The results of these women athletes give a global impression that China has achieved gender equality in sports. In fact, Although China has achieved a high degree of equality between men and women in elite sports, this equality is not reflected in mass sports. Successful elite women athletes are praised and respected by the people throughout the country. However, in the mass sports participation and choice, Chinese women still face unequal opportunities and discrimination. Therefore, this paper tries to answer the following questions: why is there a huge gap between Chinese women's elite sports and women's mass sports? This paper explores the political, economic and social reasons for creating and maintaining this difference, and finds that social factors are the most influential among them. The author believes that the influence of social factors is mainly due to the influence of Confucianism on the "socialization" of Chinese women, which makes it conform to the traditional gender stereotype and the aesthetic standards expected to be achieved. This is the biggest obstacle for Chinese women to participate in mass sports. Chinese women who want to participate in mass sports are limited to sports that emphasize beauty and elegance. They do not want to be given the opportunity to participate in campaigns that emphasize contact, impact and strength. Because this issue is largely ignored in China, this study is expected to attract attention from all aspects of Chinese society. Some suggestions for improving the situation are also put forward.
