【摘要】：正美國演藝組織主要有兩種形式:一種是營利性組織,另一種是非營利組織,而非營利組織是其主要形式。非營利性組織與營利性組織的最大不同是組織與其所得利潤無關(guān)而與各自的宗旨有關(guān)。營利性組織是為了使私人、個體成員或股東獲利而專門成立的,以營利為目的,是自主經(jīng)營、獨(dú)立核算、自負(fù)盈虧的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的經(jīng)營性公司,而非營利組織則不是。演藝機(jī)構(gòu)要成為非營利組織,必須滿足以下兩個基本條件:第一,組織的首要目的一定不是"金錢至
[Abstract]:There are two main forms of performing arts organizations in the United States: one is a for-profit organization, the other is a non-profit organization. Nonprofit organizations are the main form of organization. The biggest difference between non-profit organizations and for-profit organizations is that they are not related to the profits they earn, but to their respective purposes. If an individual member or shareholder is specially established for the purpose of profit making, it is a business company with independent management, independent accounting, self-financing of profits and losses, while a non-profit organization is not.
