【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程不斷加快,農(nóng)村婦女逐漸成為農(nóng)村勞動力的主體。一方面城鎮(zhèn)化對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的有力沖擊、國家政策對農(nóng)村婦女職業(yè)培訓的大力支持、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對農(nóng)村婦女就業(yè)吸納力的不斷提升、農(nóng)村婦女職業(yè)培訓機構的持續(xù)增多都為農(nóng)村婦女職業(yè)培訓的實施奠定了良好的基礎。另一方面農(nóng)村婦女自身受教育程度較低、接受技能培訓不足、職業(yè)培訓需求不斷增強。鑒于此,應加大對農(nóng)村婦女實施職業(yè)培訓力度、遵循職業(yè)培訓原則、尋求職業(yè)培訓有效方式、多渠道扶持職業(yè)培訓就業(yè)轉移,使農(nóng)村婦女職業(yè)培訓發(fā)揮實質性作用。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of urbanization, rural women gradually become the main body of rural labor force. On the one hand, urbanization has a strong impact on the rural economic development, and the state policy strongly supports the vocational training of rural women. The employment absorption capacity of rural women in the tertiary industry has been continuously improved, and the continuous increase of vocational training institutions for rural women has laid a good foundation for the implementation of vocational training for rural women. On the other hand, rural women have a low level of education. In view of the insufficient skills training and the increasing demand for vocational training, we should strengthen vocational training for rural women, follow the principles of vocational training, seek effective ways of vocational training, and support the transfer of vocational training employment through multiple channels. To enable rural women to play a substantive role in vocational training.
