【摘要】：本文研究主體為1980年以后出生的新生代農(nóng)民工。在調(diào)查問卷和個(gè)案訪談的基礎(chǔ)之上,從生活空間、經(jīng)濟(jì)適應(yīng)和社會(huì)心理適應(yīng)等方面了解該主體在城市社會(huì)的適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀和面臨的困境。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),新生代農(nóng)民工在以上三個(gè)層面均有不少的困境,在生活空間的適應(yīng)性上,遇到語言溝通不順暢、生活慣習(xí)差異大、與城市居民相對(duì)隔離、原有社會(huì)關(guān)系淡化、發(fā)生新增社會(huì)關(guān)系的意愿不高等生活上的問題較多;在經(jīng)濟(jì)層面適應(yīng)性上遇到的就業(yè)范圍局限、可支配收入少、社保水平低等困境;在社會(huì)心理適應(yīng)層面上,普遍感到相對(duì)剝奪感較強(qiáng)、與城市人隔閡多等難題。根據(jù)社會(huì)工作的基本理念和分析方法,本文以新生代農(nóng)民工的需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),深入挖掘服務(wù)對(duì)象融入城市的需求,進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)估,整合出服務(wù)對(duì)象的需求主要有以下三方面:一是提高自身的城市生活融入水平,從順利銜接城市生活到較好地適應(yīng)城市慣習(xí),再能夠認(rèn)可并融入城市文化并且能夠提升生活品質(zhì);二是增強(qiáng)職場話語權(quán),找尋職業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),能夠利用法律工具維護(hù)自身權(quán)益,能夠暢通得獲取就業(yè)資源,能夠得到就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)方面的指導(dǎo);三是提升自身社會(huì)心理適應(yīng)的能力,需要身心健康的理念引導(dǎo)健康生活,需要有效進(jìn)行心理調(diào)試。在賦權(quán)增能理念的指引下,本文試圖探索社會(huì)工作介入新生代農(nóng)民工融入城市的路徑,得出以下結(jié)論:首先,需要構(gòu)建多元化的服務(wù)體系專門服務(wù)于新生代農(nóng)民工群體,明確組織架構(gòu)、劃分服務(wù)層次、配置社工人員;其次,通過提供多樣化、寬領(lǐng)域的服務(wù)內(nèi)容多維度提升服務(wù)對(duì)象適應(yīng)城市社會(huì)的效能,通過團(tuán)體社會(huì)工作多樣化提供精神文化服務(wù),加強(qiáng)村居互動(dòng),增強(qiáng)身份認(rèn)同感、通過個(gè)案社會(huì)工作提供心理救助,提升心理健康水平、通過社區(qū)社會(huì)工作多層次提供生活服務(wù),減免后顧之憂;第三,形成效果評(píng)估和問題反饋的機(jī)制,常態(tài)化評(píng)估服務(wù)效果并強(qiáng)化與政府部門的溝通與交流。希望通過以上路徑,幫助青年民工改善在城市工作和生活的困境,助人自助,維護(hù)社會(huì)公平正義,共建和諧社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:The main body of this study is a new generation of migrant workers born after 1980. In the aspects of economic adaptation and social-psychological adaptation, the author finds out that the new generation of migrant workers have a lot of difficulties in the above three levels, and the adaptability of living space. There are many problems in life, such as language communication is not smooth, life habits are different, relative isolation from urban residents, the original social relations are desalinated, and the willingness to add new social relations is not high. At the economic level, the scope of employment is limited, the disposable income is low, the level of social security is low, and at the level of social psychological adaptation, the sense of relative deprivation is relatively strong. According to the basic concept and analysis method of social work, this paper takes the demand of the new generation of migrant workers as the starting point, deeply excavates the service object to melt into the city's demand, carries on the analysis and the appraisal, There are three main aspects to integrate the needs of the clients: first, to improve the level of integration of their urban life, from the smooth convergence of urban life to better adapt to urban habits, To be able to recognize and integrate into urban culture and to improve the quality of life; second, to enhance the right to speak in the workplace, to seek career development opportunities, to be able to use legal tools to safeguard their own rights and interests, and to be able to obtain employment resources unimpeded. To be able to get guidance from employment and entrepreneurship; third, to improve their ability to adapt to social psychology, to guide healthy life with the concept of physical and mental health, and to conduct psychological debugging effectively. Under the guidance of the concept of empowerment and empowerment, This paper attempts to explore the path of social work involved in the new generation of migrant workers into the city, and draws the following conclusions: first, it is necessary to build a diversified service system to serve the new generation of migrant workers, clear organizational structure, and divide the service levels. Secondly, through the provision of diversified, wide range of service content to enhance the effectiveness of service objects to adapt to urban society, through the diversity of social work in groups to provide spiritual and cultural services, and strengthen the interaction between villages and houses. Enhance identity, provide psychological assistance through individual social work, improve the level of mental health, provide life services through community social work at various levels, and reduce worries; third, form a mechanism for effectiveness assessment and problem feedback. Through the above path, we hope to help young migrant workers to improve their plight in urban work and life, help others to help themselves, safeguard social justice, and build a harmonious society.
