【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國大多數(shù)人民群眾的物質(zhì)生活水平有所提升,但是仍有一部分職工由于一些原因?qū)е律钕萑肜Ь场Ｉ鐣?huì)工作作為一項(xiàng)助人活動(dòng),有其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性。在企業(yè)中,工會(huì)組織以維護(hù)員工權(quán)益為主要職責(zé)。運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作的服務(wù)方法開展對(duì)企業(yè)重病困難職工的幫扶必須依靠工會(huì)組織這一平臺(tái)和載體,幫助案主和家庭提供物質(zhì)和精神方面的支持與服務(wù),提升其幸福指數(shù)。本文依據(jù)長(zhǎng)春市某工作單位重病困難職工的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。據(jù)調(diào)查,該單位職工的薪資收入水平在長(zhǎng)春市工資水平中屬于中等偏下的工薪階層。重病困難職工的主要致困原因由于自身患有大病或供養(yǎng)直系家屬患病,因病致貧。這部分職工身體的疾病同時(shí)也影響心理情緒的緊張和焦慮,容易出現(xiàn)人際交往障礙。弱勢(shì)的地位與處境使他們很難單獨(dú)通過自己的力量解決困難。本文運(yùn)用個(gè)案社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)方法,對(duì)職工的困難問題進(jìn)行需求評(píng)估,從實(shí)際出發(fā)幫助案主尋求解決困難的辦法,整合社會(huì)資源,挖掘案主潛能,最終提升案主解決問題的能力,達(dá)到“助人自助”的目的。本文選取兩位患有癌癥的貧病交加的重病困難職工作為案主開展個(gè)案服務(wù)。全文采用文獻(xiàn)研究、參與式觀察、訪談法,分析案主情況,制定目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃開展服務(wù)模式。運(yùn)用社會(huì)支持理論、家庭治療模式、理性情緒療法一系列社會(huì)工作專業(yè)理論依據(jù),跟進(jìn)案主對(duì)其進(jìn)行個(gè)案管理。首先,對(duì)案主進(jìn)行的心理疏導(dǎo)、精神慰藉,使案主減緩精神壓力;然后,利用案主的朋輩群體力量,提升案主人際交往能力和培養(yǎng)興趣愛好;最后,幫助案主鏈接社會(huì)資源和企業(yè)資源,尋求經(jīng)濟(jì)幫扶有效途徑,比如:幫助案主劉某聯(lián)系市總工會(huì)申請(qǐng)大病補(bǔ)助,幫助案主孔某聯(lián)系寧養(yǎng)院免費(fèi)藥物治療。同時(shí),幫助案主劉某的孩子申請(qǐng)“金秋助學(xué)”補(bǔ)助,幫其愛人提供職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì),進(jìn)而幫助其整個(gè)家庭獲取社會(huì)資源,改善經(jīng)濟(jì)困窘的現(xiàn)狀。本文綜融了企業(yè)、社會(huì)、家庭三個(gè)維度對(duì)兩名案主提供幫扶,授人以漁,幫助案主擺脫困境。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society and the development of the economy, the material living standard of the majority of the people in our country has been improved, but there are still some workers and staff members who are living in difficulties because of some reasons. In an enterprise, trade union organizations take safeguarding the rights and interests of their employees as their main duty. In order to help the seriously ill workers of enterprises by using the social work service method, they must rely on the platform and carrier of trade union organization. To help the victims and families provide material and spiritual support and services, and improve their happiness index. This article, based on the actual situation of seriously ill workers in a certain work unit in Changchun, conducts investigation and research. According to the investigation, The salary and income level of the workers in this unit belongs to the middle and lower wage earners in Changchun City. The main causes of hardship for the seriously ill workers are due to their own serious illness or illness in providing for their immediate family members. Poor as a result of illness. This part of the workers' physical illness also affects psychological tension and anxiety. The vulnerable position and situation make it difficult for them to solve the difficulties through their own strength. This paper applies the professional method of individual social work to assess the needs of the staff and workers. From the practical point of view, it helps the victim to find a solution to the difficulties, to integrate social resources, to tap the potential of the victim, and ultimately to enhance the ability of the victim to solve the problem. To achieve the purpose of "helping others to help themselves". This paper selects two seriously ill workers suffering from cancer as case service. The full text adopts literature research, participatory observation, interview, and analyzes the situation of the victim. Make a goal and plan to develop service model. Use social support theory, family treatment model, rational emotional therapy a series of professional theory basis of social work, follow up the case management of the victim. First, the psychological guidance to the victim. To relieve the psychological stress of the victim; then, to use the peer group strength of the victim to improve his interpersonal skills and develop interests; finally, to help the victim link social and corporate resources, Seeking effective ways to help the economy, such as: helping the victim Liu to contact the Municipal Federation of Trade unions to apply for a subsidy for a major illness, helping the victim, Kong Mou, contact the Ningying Hospital for free medical treatment. At the same time, helping the victim's children to apply for a "golden autumn school aid" grant. In order to help his family obtain social resources and improve the situation of economic distress, this article integrates the three dimensions of enterprise, society and family to provide assistance to the two victims. Help the victim out of trouble.
