中學(xué)校園暴力的學(xué)校社會工作介入模式探究

【摘要】:本研究的關(guān)鍵問題是學(xué)校社會工作以何種方式與中學(xué)原有的校園暴力防控體系建立聯(lián)系,建立聯(lián)系之后如何處理校園暴力。實踐和研究表明學(xué)校社會工作介入中學(xué)校園暴力的前提是實現(xiàn)與中學(xué)原有的校園暴力防控體系的接洽。近年來中學(xué)校園暴力現(xiàn)象越來越普遍,并呈現(xiàn)出原因復(fù)雜、手段多樣、后果嚴重等特點,F(xiàn)有的以傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育為主要方式的防控手段弊端越來越多,本研究通過對中學(xué)班主任進行訪談?wù)J為當下的思想政治教育方式在處理校園暴力方面有以下不足之處:學(xué)校方面忽視隱瞞校園暴力事件現(xiàn)象普遍存在;學(xué)校缺乏科學(xué)的管理方法,校園暴力防控方式的專業(yè)性不足;班主任對校園暴力缺乏系統(tǒng)全面的認識;普法方面缺失、部分教師法制觀念淡薄;防控效果也差強人意,學(xué)生、家庭和社會對新的校園暴力防控方式的需求越來大。相對而言,學(xué)校社會工作具有完整的專業(yè)理論體系,豐富靈活的工作方法和以人為本的價值理念,這使得學(xué)校社會工作在介入校園暴力方面具有獨特的優(yōu)勢。本研究分析了學(xué)校社會工作介入中學(xué)校園暴力必要性和可行性以及優(yōu)勢,并對中學(xué)學(xué)校社會工作者進行訪談,在借鑒這些學(xué)校社會工作者介入中學(xué)校園暴力經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了政教處與學(xué)校社會工作相結(jié)合的校園暴力防控模式——"德育—社工協(xié)作模式"。這個模式的構(gòu)建思路是將學(xué)校社會工作與政教處工作相結(jié)合,建立政教處與學(xué)校社會工作并行且相聯(lián)系的校園暴力介入模式。在介入校園暴力的過程中政教處工作與學(xué)校社會工作各司其職,政教處主要負責(zé)對學(xué)生進行價值觀和思想政治方面的引導(dǎo),學(xué)校社會工作負責(zé)幫助學(xué)生建立社會支持系統(tǒng),探索自身潛力,達到自助的效果。
[Abstract]:The key problem of this study is how to establish the relationship between the school social work and the existing campus violence prevention and control system in the middle school. Practice and research show that the premise of school social work intervention in secondary school campus violence is to realize the contact with the original school campus violence prevention and control system. In recent years, the phenomenon of secondary school campus violence has become more and more common. The reasons are complex, the means are various, the consequences are serious and so on. There are more and more disadvantages of the existing prevention and control means, which mainly take the traditional ideological and political education as the main way. Through the interview with the head teacher of middle school, this study concludes that the current ideological and political education methods have the following shortcomings in dealing with campus violence: the school neglects to conceal the phenomenon of campus violence; The lack of scientific management methods in schools, the lack of professionalism in the prevention and control of campus violence; the lack of systematic and comprehensive understanding of campus violence by class teachers; the lack of legal popularization and the weak concept of the legal system of some teachers; the poor effectiveness of prevention and control, students, The demand of family and society for the new way of preventing and controlling campus violence is increasing. Relatively speaking, school social work has a complete professional theoretical system, rich flexible working methods and people-oriented value concept. This makes school social work have a unique advantage in intervening in campus violence. This study analyzes the necessity, feasibility and advantages of school social work intervention in secondary school violence, and interviews with school social workers. On the basis of learning from the experiences of these school social workers involved in violence in secondary schools, The mode of preventing and controlling campus violence, "moral education and social work cooperation mode", which combines the school social work and the school social work, is constructed. The idea of this model is to combine the school social work with the work of the school education office. The establishment of a parallel and interrelated school violence intervention model between the Department of State and Education and the school social work. In the process of intervening in the violence in the campus, the work of the political and educational department and the social work of the school have their respective functions and duties. The Department of State and Education is mainly responsible for guiding the students in values and ideological and political aspects, and the school social work is responsible for helping students establish social support systems, explore their potential and achieve the effect of self-help.
