【摘要】：80年代末、90年代初出生的第一代“留守兒童”已長(zhǎng)大成人,這部分已步入青年期的群體,但是研究焦點(diǎn)較多集中在尚在的未成年“留守兒童”上。留守青少年與留守兒童相比正處于人生發(fā)展的重要階段,他們的自我認(rèn)同在這個(gè)時(shí)期逐漸的形成。因此,本文以Y市P社區(qū)的Y村留守青少年為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過對(duì)該村五年級(jí)以上有過留守的學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,研究該村留守青少年自我認(rèn)同問題。從而,分析和論述農(nóng)村留守青少年自我認(rèn)同的困境,并且運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作探索解決留守青少年自我認(rèn)同困境的可行性途徑。本文中,筆者首先在對(duì)S省Y市P社區(qū)Y村留守青少年自我認(rèn)同調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)體貌特征與自我概念、打架好斗與自我主義、學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)與“差生標(biāo)簽”、人際交往與是非觀等諸多方面的狀況進(jìn)行梳理與分析。然后,通過家庭結(jié)構(gòu)與家庭互動(dòng)、學(xué)校教育與同輩群體、個(gè)體自我認(rèn)同沖突等三大影響因素進(jìn)行深入探究,旨在找尋影響留守青少年自我認(rèn)同的具體原因。最后,通過個(gè)案社會(huì)工作對(duì)自我認(rèn)同困境較嚴(yán)重的留守青少年進(jìn)行介入,幫助他克服自卑、人際交往等問題。同時(shí),筆者在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,招募了其他9名留守青少年與小G共同組成了一個(gè)健康成長(zhǎng)小組,并對(duì)他們進(jìn)行了小組社會(huì)工作的介入,幫助他們糾正自我認(rèn)同問題上的錯(cuò)誤觀念。在對(duì)S省Y市P社區(qū)Y村的研究中,筆者也對(duì)全文研究的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了反思與建議。通過學(xué)理反思與實(shí)踐反思、筆者對(duì)留守青少年自我認(rèn)同困境給出了三點(diǎn)建議:(1)構(gòu)建留守青少年社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò);(2)豐富留守青少年學(xué)習(xí)生活;(3)幫助留守青少年明確自我發(fā)展規(guī)劃�？傊�,本文力圖從具體案例實(shí)踐出發(fā),論證得出社會(huì)工作介入對(duì)于留守青少年自我認(rèn)同困境的解決具有良好的效果。同時(shí),筆者進(jìn)一步嘗試探討社會(huì)工作介入農(nóng)村留守青少年自我認(rèn)同困境的方法,為后來的研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The first generation of "left-behind children" born in the late 80s and early 1990s has grown into adulthood, a part of the youth group. However, the focus of the study is mainly on the under-age "left-behind children". Compared with the left-behind children, the left-behind teenagers are in an important stage of their life development, and their self-identity is gradually forming in this period. In this paper, we investigate the problem of self-identification of the left-behind teenagers in Y village in P community of Y city, through the questionnaire survey to the students who have been left behind in grade 5 or above in this village, so as to study the self-identity of the left-behind teenagers in this village. This paper analyzes and discusses the dilemma of self-identity of rural left-behind teenagers, and explores the feasible ways to solve the dilemma of self-identity of left-behind teenagers by using social work. First of all, based on the investigation of the self-identity of the left-behind adolescents in the Y village of P Community in Y City of S Province, the author makes a survey on the features and self-concept of body appearance, fighting and self-concept, fighting and egoism. Then, through the interaction between family structure and family, school education and peer group, academic achievement and "poor student label", interpersonal communication and view of right and wrong are combed and analyzed. In order to find out the specific reasons that affect the self-identity of the left-behind teenagers, three factors, such as individual self-identity conflict, are deeply explored. Finally, through the social work of individual cases, the left-behind adolescents with serious self-identity dilemma are involved. At the same time, on the basis of the questionnaire, the author recruited 9 other left-behind teenagers to form a healthy growth group with small G, and involved them in group social work. To help them correct the wrong concept of self-identity. In the study of Y village of P community in Y city of S province, the author also reflects on the content of the whole paper and reflects on it through theoretical reflection and practical reflection. The author gives three suggestions on the dilemma of self-identity of left-behind teenagers: 1) to build a social support network for left-behind teenagers. (2) to enrich the learning and life of left-behind teenagers. 3) to help left-behind teenagers to define their self-development plans. In short, This paper tries to demonstrate that the intervention of social work has a good effect on solving the dilemma of self-identification of the left-behind teenagers from the concrete case practice. The author further attempts to explore the method of social work intervention in the dilemma of self-identification of rural left-behind teenagers, which provides a reference for later research.
