謠言誘發(fā)集合行為意愿的影響因素研究

【摘要】:謠言似乎并未從我們的身邊消失,而近幾年謠言誘發(fā)的集合行為還留存在我們的記憶中,搶購板藍根、搶購飲用水、集體等地震、搶購食鹽,諸如上述種種。謠言及其誘發(fā)的集合行為給我們的生活秩序和社會穩(wěn)定帶來了威脅。只有探明了謠言演化為集合行為的影響因素才能為預防此類事件的發(fā)生奠定基礎。 本文運用扎根理論,利用Nvivo8軟件對案例材料進行層層編碼,確定了謠言特征、政府因素、公眾因素、公眾參與集合行為意愿的主維度,結合文獻分析提出研究假設,構建了謠言誘發(fā)集合行為意愿的影響因素研究模型。開發(fā)測量工具,通過社會調查方法搜集數(shù)據(jù),運用SPSS13.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析,對本文中研究模型的變量關系假設進行驗證,探討了謠言特征對參與集合行為意愿的影響,,政府作為信息源的狀況、公眾科普知識豐富程度對謠言特征與參與集合行為意愿的調節(jié)作用。 實證研究結果表明:(1)謠言初始來源權威性、謠言傳播頻率、謠言文本說服力、謠言與集體記憶一致性等謠言特征對公眾參與集合行為意愿有正向作用。(2)政府作為信息源的狀況對謠言初始來源權威性、謠言與集體記憶一致性與公眾參與集合行為意愿關系的調節(jié)作用不顯著;政府作為信息源的狀況對謠言傳播頻率、謠言文本說服力與公眾參與集合行為意愿關系的負向調節(jié)作用顯著,即如果政府作為信息源的狀況越好,謠言傳播頻率、謠言文本說服力對公眾參與集合行為意愿的正向作用就會弱化。公眾科普知識豐富程度對謠言特征與公眾參與集合行為意愿關系的負向調節(jié)作用顯著,即如果公眾科普知識豐富程度越高,謠言特征對公眾參與集合行為意愿的正向作用就會弱化。
[Abstract]:Rumors do not seem to have disappeared from us, and the collective behavior induced by rumors in recent years remains in our memory, buying Banlangen, drinking water, collective earthquakes and salt. Rumors and their induced collective behavior threaten our order of life and social stability. Only by discovering the factors that affect the evolution of rumors into collective behaviors can we lay a foundation for the prevention of such incidents. In this paper, we use the rooted theory and Nvivo8 software to code the case materials layer by layer, and determine the main dimensions of rumor characteristics, government factors, public factors, public participation behavior willingness, combined with literature analysis to put forward the research hypothesis. This paper constructs a research model of influencing factors of rumour inducing collective behavior intention, develops measurement tools, collects data through social survey method, and makes statistical analysis by using SPSS13.0 software, and verifies the hypothesis of variable relation in the research model in this paper. This paper discusses the influence of rumour characteristics on the willingness to participate in collective behavior, the state of government as a source of information, and the regulatory effect of the rich degree of popular science knowledge on the characteristics of rumors and the willingness to participate in collective behavior. The empirical results show that the initial source of rumors is authoritative, the rumors spread frequently, and the rumor text is persuasive. Rumour characteristics such as consistency of rumour and collective memory have positive effect on public willingness to participate in collective behavior. 2) the condition of government as information source has authority on initial source of rumor. The consistency between rumour and collective memory and the willingness of the public to participate in collective behavior have no significant effect on the regulation of the relationship between rumor and collective behavior. The negative regulation of the relationship between the persuasiveness of rumor text and the willingness of the public to participate in collective behavior is significant, that is, if the government is in a better condition as a source of information, the rumors spread frequently. The positive effect of rumor text persuasion on the willingness of the public to participate in collective behavior will be weakened, and the degree of popular public knowledge has a significant negative effect on the negative regulation of the relationship between the characteristics of rumors and the willingness of the public to participate in collective behavior. That is, if the knowledge of popular science is more abundant, the positive effect of rumour characteristics on the willingness of the public to participate in collective behavior will be weakened.
