【摘要】：本文利用重慶市1210份樣本調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),通過二元Logistic回歸分析重點計量收入預期、職業(yè)預期、情感預期及城市融入預期等因素對農(nóng)村勞動力城鄉(xiāng)轉(zhuǎn)移意愿的代際影響。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),除收入預期外,非收入預期中的職業(yè)預期、情感預期和城市融入預期對農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移意愿的影響均存在代際差異。利用均方差法對各影響因素進行權(quán)重測度發(fā)現(xiàn),老一代農(nóng)村勞動力最關(guān)注的是經(jīng)濟收入,其次是情感預期,職業(yè)預期位列最后;新生代農(nóng)村勞動力最關(guān)注的因素依次為情感預期、收入預期、城市融入預期和職業(yè)預期。
[Abstract]:Based on 1 210 sample survey data in Chongqing, this paper mainly measures income expectation, career expectation by binary Logistic regression analysis. The intergenerational influence of emotional expectation and urban integration expectation on the willingness of rural labor force to transfer between urban and rural areas. The influence of emotion expectation and urban integration expectation on the rural labor force transfer willingness is intergenerational difference. Using the method of mean-variance to measure the influence factors, it is found that the old generation rural labor force is most concerned about economic income. The next is emotional expectation, career expectation is the last; the most concerned factors of the new generation of rural labor force are emotional expectation, income expectation, urban integration expectation and career expectation.
