【摘要】：教師職業(yè)是承受壓力最多的職業(yè)之一,是職業(yè)倦怠的高發(fā)人群,職業(yè)倦怠影響體育教師的工作熱情,不利于教師的心理健康,教師職業(yè)的倦怠現(xiàn)象已成為國際社會日益關注的熱點問題。在中國注重知識價值與“重智育輕體育”的傳統(tǒng)觀念下,體育教師在教師隊伍里顯得更加特殊,他們的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象更應該引起我們的注意。 研究以昆山市中學體育教師職業(yè)倦怠的狀況作為研究對象,綜合運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等科學研究方法,通過系統(tǒng)的理論分析,立足于中學體育教育教學實踐,對昆山市中學體育教師職業(yè)倦怠狀況進行了全面、深入的研究,揭示了昆山市中學體育教師存在職業(yè)倦怠的程度,在此基礎上力圖揭示導致中學體育教師職業(yè)倦怠的深層次原因,并提出改變體育教師職業(yè)倦怠的建議,以期為提高體育教師的素質,激發(fā)其工作熱情,改善體育教學質量提供科學依據(jù),同時為昆山市體育教師隊伍的管理與建設提供必要的參考。
[Abstract]:The profession of teachers is one of the most stressful occupations, which is the high incidence of job burnout. Job burnout affects the enthusiasm of physical education teachers, and is not conducive to the mental health of teachers. The phenomenon of teacher burnout has become a hot issue in the international community. Under the traditional concept of paying more attention to knowledge value and attaching importance to intellectual education than physical education in China, physical education teachers are more special in the teaching team. Their job burnout should attract our attention. This paper takes the situation of occupational burnout of middle school PE teachers in Kunshan as the research object, and synthetically applies the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, and so on, through systematic and theoretical analysis. Based on the teaching practice of middle school physical education, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the occupational burnout of middle school PE teachers in Kunshan City, and reveals the degree of occupational burnout of middle school PE teachers in Kunshan City. On this basis, the author tries to reveal the deep causes of the burnout of middle school PE teachers, and puts forward some suggestions to change the job burnout of PE teachers, in order to improve the quality of PE teachers and stimulate their work enthusiasm. To improve the quality of physical education teaching provides the scientific basis and provides the necessary reference for the management and construction of physical education teachers in Kunshan city.
