【摘要】：與夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐的經(jīng)典和普遍性相比,夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)研究一直沒(méi)能充分引起學(xué)術(shù)界的重視。相對(duì)于合伙創(chuàng)業(yè)等其他創(chuàng)業(yè)形式,作為維持夫妻關(guān)系的手段,夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)是雙方圍繞和睦相處的共有關(guān)系規(guī)則來(lái)開發(fā)和利用創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的日常組織實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。那么,夫妻間關(guān)系維持如何通過(guò)日常組織活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的內(nèi)在機(jī)理?通過(guò)對(duì)33對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)夫婦的日常組織活動(dòng)進(jìn)行調(diào)研和敘事分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):首先,創(chuàng)業(yè)夫婦在關(guān)系維持中包含兩種身份屬性——角色身份及配偶身份;其次,夫妻之間的角色身份和配偶身份共同增進(jìn)和維系夫妻關(guān)系身份,配偶身份不僅塑造創(chuàng)業(yè)中角色活動(dòng)的行為內(nèi)容,而且在角色身份調(diào)整中也進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化配偶身份;最后,夫妻關(guān)系維持利于日常創(chuàng)業(yè)中夫妻共同管理和靈活性決策,還能激發(fā)潛在創(chuàng)業(yè)性資源和開發(fā)組織潛力。研究表明,夫妻創(chuàng)業(yè)的日常組織行為始于夫妻關(guān)系、忠于夫妻關(guān)系并終于夫妻關(guān)系,進(jìn)而塑造并推進(jìn)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Compared with the classic and universal practice of husband and wife entrepreneurship, the study of husband and wife entrepreneurship has not attracted enough attention in academic circles. Compared with other forms of entrepreneurship, such as partnership, it is used as a means to maintain the relationship between husband and wife. The relationship between husband and wife is a kind of daily organization practice that both sides develop and make use of the entrepreneurial opportunities around the common relationship rules of harmonious coexistence. So how to maintain the relationship between husband and wife through the daily organization activities to produce the internal mechanism of the husband and wife's entrepreneurial behavior? Based on the investigation and narrative analysis of the daily organizational activities of 33 entrepreneurial couples, it is found that: first, the relationship maintenance of entrepreneurial couples includes two kinds of identity: role identity and spouse identity; The role status and spouse status between husband and wife jointly promote and maintain the relationship identity. Spouse identity not only shapes the behavior content of role activities in entrepreneurship, but also further strengthens the spouse identity in the adjustment of role identity. The maintenance of husband and wife relationship is conducive to joint management and flexible decision making in daily entrepreneurship, and can also stimulate potential entrepreneurial resources and develop organizational potential. Research shows that the daily organizational behavior of husband and wife entrepreneurship begins with the relationship between husband and wife. Loyal to the relationship and finally husband and wife relationship, and then shape and promote the growth of new enterprises.
