【摘要】：食物浪費是我們長期高度關(guān)注和社會發(fā)展迫切需要解決的問題,如何正確認識食物浪費并盡量減少食物浪費是研究的重點。文章認為食物浪費是一面折射社會文明的多棱鏡,需要從多角度認識食物浪費產(chǎn)生的原因及后果,謹防減少食物浪費的努力變成更大的浪費,減少食物浪費要多管齊下,既要節(jié)約,又要推進健康飲食文化,借鑒國外研究方法和經(jīng)驗,填補中國食物浪費數(shù)據(jù)空白,構(gòu)建資源智慧型食物系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Food waste is a problem that we pay close attention to for a long time and need to be solved urgently in social development. How to correctly understand food waste and minimize food waste is the focus of the research. This paper holds that food waste is a multi-prism mirror that reflects social civilization. There is a need to understand the causes and consequences of food waste from multiple perspectives, and to guard against efforts to reduce food waste to become more wasteful, and to reduce food waste in a multi-pronged manner, not only to save but also to promote a healthy eating culture. Using foreign research methods and experiences for reference to fill the data gap of food waste in China, a resourceful and intelligent food system is constructed.
