【摘要】：本文采用2011年中國(guó)家庭金融調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(CHFS),分析了戶(hù)籍屬性與住房擁有對(duì)家庭金融資產(chǎn)選擇的影響。研究表明:擁有本地戶(hù)籍顯著提高了家庭擁有住房率,并且對(duì)家庭參與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的可能性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)比重產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響。這一結(jié)果在控制了家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、人口學(xué)特征和投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度等因素后仍然穩(wěn)健。住房擁有對(duì)家庭風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)參與、參與程度產(chǎn)生正效應(yīng),但是統(tǒng)計(jì)上不顯著。進(jìn)一步探討戶(hù)籍地位的城鄉(xiāng)差異效應(yīng)后發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)業(yè)戶(hù)籍地位會(huì)顯著降低家庭風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資產(chǎn)的投資傾向。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Household Finance Survey in 2011, this paper analyzes the impact of household registration and housing ownership on the choice of household financial assets. And it has a significant positive impact on the possibility of household participation in the venture asset market and the proportion of risky assets. The demographic characteristics and investment risk attitude are still stable. Housing ownership has a positive effect on household risk asset market participation, but it is not statistically significant. After further study of the urban-rural difference effect of household registration status, it is found that housing ownership has a positive effect on household risk asset market. Agricultural household registration status will significantly reduce the investment tendency of household risk assets.
