【摘要】：婚姻滿意度是測量婚姻質(zhì)量的重要指標�；橐鲑|(zhì)量的好壞不僅直接影響到夫妻雙方的身心健康,也直接影響到子女的健康成長。應對方式對婚姻滿意度起著巨大的影響作用。同時國外有理論和研究證實,個體自我分化水平能夠預測婚姻滿意度,但是國內(nèi)并無相關研究。目前國內(nèi)已有的自我分化水平量表都是以大學生為被試,以已婚成人為被試的實證研究比較匱乏。自我分化在東方文化背景下,是否也能適用,且能預測婚姻滿意度?自我分化、應對方式與婚姻滿意度三者之間又有著怎樣的關系?這些問題亟待深入研究。 有鑒于此,本研究通過修訂自我分化水平量表,利用自我分化量表、簡易應對方式問卷和婚姻滿意度問卷,探討自我分化、應對方式及婚姻滿意度三者之間的關系。通過對706位被試的調(diào)查分析,得出以下結論: (1)修訂后的自我分化量表包括四個維度:情緒阻斷、情緒反映、人際熔合和自我立場,量表的各個維度與總量表都具有較好的信效度指標,符合心理測量學要求; (2)已婚成人自我分化整體水平較高,個體自我分化整體水平在性別、年齡、婚姻年限上的差異都不顯著,在受教育程度上具有顯著差異; (3)自我分化水平與積極應對方式和婚姻滿意度呈顯著正相關,與消極應對方式呈顯著負相關;且不同自我分化水平在積極應對方式、消極應對方式和婚姻滿意度上均存在顯著差異; (4)自我分化水平、積極應對方式對婚姻滿意度均具有良好的正向預測作用,消極應對方式對婚姻滿意度有負向預測作用,積極應對方式在自我分化與婚姻滿意度之間起著部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Marital satisfaction is an important measure of marital quality. The quality of marriage not only directly affects the physical and mental health of both husband and wife. Coping styles have a great impact on marital satisfaction. At the same time, foreign theories and studies have proved that individual self-differentiation level can predict marital satisfaction. However, there is no relevant research in China. At present, the existing self-differentiation scale in China is based on college students and married adults, and the empirical research on self-differentiation is relatively scarce. In the context of oriental culture, whether self-differentiation can also be applied, And predict marital satisfaction? What is the relationship between self-differentiation, coping style and marital satisfaction? These problems need to be studied in depth. In view of this, this study explored self-differentiation by revising self-differentiation scale, using self-differentiation scale, simple coping style questionnaire and marital satisfaction questionnaire. The relationship between coping style and marital satisfaction. Through the investigation and analysis of 706 subjects, the following conclusions are drawn:. 1) the revised self-differentiation scale includes four dimensions: emotional blockade, emotional reflection, interpersonal fusion and self-position. Each dimension and total scale of the scale have good reliability and validity indicators, which meet the requirements of psychometrics; (2) the overall level of self-differentiation of married adults is higher, the overall level of individual self-differentiation is not significant in sex, age, marriage years, there is a significant difference in education level; 3) Self-differentiation level was positively correlated with positive coping style and marital satisfaction, and negatively correlated with negative coping style, and different self-differentiation levels were positively related to positive coping style. There were significant differences in negative coping styles and marital satisfaction. 4) Self-differentiation level, positive coping style have good positive predictive effect on marital satisfaction, and negative coping style has negative predictive effect on marital satisfaction. Positive coping styles play an intermediary role between self-differentiation and marital satisfaction.
