【摘要】：正"橫漂"是指從全國各地集中到浙江東陽橫店影視城投身影視事業(yè)的外來人員。2010年以來,在橫店演員公會注冊的"橫漂"群體有4萬人,是繁榮發(fā)展文藝事業(yè)的重要基礎(chǔ)力量,具有獨(dú)特的群體心態(tài)。(一)"橫漂"新文藝群體的社會心態(tài)特征1.積極心態(tài)方面一是懷夢追夢。他們以青年演員為主,35歲以下占82%;文化素養(yǎng)偏低,大專以上學(xué)歷的僅占10.5%。他們普遍懷揣著演員夢、明星夢,有60.8%的"橫漂"表示是為了追求藝術(shù)夢而來,92.1%的"橫漂"表示"愿意為演藝事業(yè)奮斗終生"。二
