【摘要】：運用中國綜合社會調查(CGSS2013)大樣本微觀數據,實證研究我國政府親貧式支出是否可以引致居民主觀幸福感的提升,結果表明:第一,親貧式支出與居民幸福感呈顯著正相關關系,并且居民幸福水平的提升更依賴于社會保障服務的滿意度。第二,親貧式支出對城鄉(xiāng)居民幸福感的影響存在顯著差異,教育服務主要影響城市居民的主觀幸福感,而醫(yī)療服務和社會保障服務主要影響農村居民的主觀幸福感,幸福水平相對較低的群體需要更多的親貧式支出。第三,家庭收入與居民幸福感之間存在U型關系,親貧式支出對農村居民幸福感的增進效應比城市居民更為明顯。此外,政治面貌、健康狀況、婚姻、個人社會地位等均能直接提高居民幸福感。因而,提高親貧式支出的使用效率,完善收入分配制度,縮小收入差距,是提升居民幸福感的重要手段。
[Abstract]:Using the large sample microcosmic data of China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS2013), this paper empirically studies whether the pro-poor expenditure of our government can lead to the improvement of the residents' subjective well-being. The results show that: first, the pro-poor expenditure has a significant positive correlation with the residents' well-being. Moreover, the improvement of residents' happiness level depends more on the satisfaction of social security services. Secondly, there are significant differences in the effects of pro-poor expenditure on the well-being of urban and rural residents. Education services mainly affect the subjective well-being of urban residents. Medical services and social security services mainly affect the subjective well-being of rural residents, the group with relatively low level of happiness needs more pro-poor expenditure. Thirdly, there is a U-type relationship between family income and well-being. The effect of pro-poor expenditure on the well-being of rural residents is more obvious than that of urban residents. In addition, political appearance, health status, marriage and personal social status can all directly improve the well-being of rural residents. Improving the use efficiency of pro-poor expenditure, perfecting the income distribution system and narrowing the income gap are the important means to improve the well-being of residents.
