【摘要】：社會(huì)調(diào)查是認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)現(xiàn)象、探究社會(huì)問題的有力工具。為減少調(diào)查誤差,保障調(diào)查結(jié)果的真實(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性、可靠性、可用性,對(duì)社會(huì)調(diào)查及數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)估具有重要意義。依據(jù)社會(huì)調(diào)查流程,筆者從調(diào)查方案、問卷設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)查實(shí)施過程、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量及調(diào)查報(bào)告5個(gè)方面梳理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并指出現(xiàn)有研究存在偏重?cái)?shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評(píng)估而其他環(huán)節(jié)評(píng)估成果稍顯薄弱、社會(huì)調(diào)查質(zhì)量與數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評(píng)估的應(yīng)用性研究欠缺等不足之處。
[Abstract]:Social surveys are powerful tools for understanding social phenomena and exploring social problems. It is of great significance to evaluate social investigation and data quality. According to the process of social investigation, the author combs the relevant literature from five aspects: investigation scheme, questionnaire design, investigation implementation process, data quality and survey report. It is pointed out that there are some shortcomings in the current research, such as the emphasis on data quality assessment, while the results of other links are slightly weak, and the application research of social survey quality and data quality assessment is deficient.
