【摘要】：青少年在學(xué)校的主導(dǎo)活動是學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度在青少年學(xué)習(xí)過程中扮演著重要的角色,它不僅決定了青少年學(xué)習(xí)的深度、廣度、速度與效率,而且關(guān)系其個性的形成與發(fā)展。良好的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有助于提高青少年的學(xué)習(xí)效果,促進(jìn)其個性健康發(fā)展。因此,探索如何協(xié)助青少年改善其不良的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,促使其形成積極主動的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度具有重要意義。此次實(shí)務(wù)研究立足于個案社會工作方法,以青少年個體為主要研究對象,在社工介入過程的基礎(chǔ)上,探析改善青少年學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的社工介入方法。實(shí)務(wù)過程中,平等、尊重、耐心是社工實(shí)務(wù)開展的一劑良藥。社工要視案主為朋友,平等對待,尊重案主選擇,耐心等待案主,循循善誘引導(dǎo)其執(zhí)行計劃。由此,社工獲得信任,案主消除顧慮,積極配合,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)實(shí)務(wù)順利開展,案主學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度問題得到改善。實(shí)務(wù)過程中,要積極發(fā)掘案主身邊優(yōu)勢資源。
[Abstract]:The leading activity of teenagers in school is learning. Learning attitude plays an important role in the process of learning. It not only determines the depth, breadth, speed and efficiency of teenagers' learning. Good learning attitude is helpful to improve the learning effect of teenagers and promote the healthy development of their personality. Therefore, we should explore how to help teenagers to improve their bad learning attitude. It is of great significance to promote its active learning attitude. This practical study is based on the individual social work method, taking the individual as the main object of study, and on the basis of the social worker intervention process. In the process of practice, equality, respect, and patience are a good medicine for social workers to carry out practical work. Social workers should regard the victim as a friend, treat them equally, respect the choice of the victim, and wait patiently for the victim. As a result, social workers gain trust, the owner dispels concerns, actively cooperates, and then promotes the smooth development of practice, and the problem of the learning attitude of the victim is improved. In the process of practice, It is necessary to actively explore the superior resources around the victim.
