新生代農(nóng)民工人際交往與職業(yè)選擇

【摘要】:把人際交往引入新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)選擇的分析框架,為充分認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在原因提供了一個(gè)新的角度。本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究中的相關(guān)理論和方法,結(jié)合新生代農(nóng)民工自身的特點(diǎn),探討在上海松江出口加工區(qū)A區(qū)的新生代農(nóng)民工通過(guò)人際交往實(shí)現(xiàn)的職業(yè)選擇情況。 本文采用實(shí)證調(diào)查方法,對(duì)200個(gè)有過(guò)求職經(jīng)歷的新生代農(nóng)民工進(jìn)行了訪談式的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,回收有效問(wèn)卷194份,問(wèn)卷有效回收率為97%。本文首先從社會(huì)學(xué)角度出發(fā),整合了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者有關(guān)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的論述。然后在統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了新生代農(nóng)民工對(duì)其本身所擁有的社會(huì)資本的使用情況,由此看出新生代農(nóng)民工的人際交往對(duì)其職業(yè)選擇的顯著的影響和作用。對(duì)于新生代農(nóng)民工而言,在求職時(shí)動(dòng)員一切能動(dòng)員的人際網(wǎng)絡(luò),這些社會(huì)資本會(huì)對(duì)其社會(huì)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生積極影響,,主要表現(xiàn)在:獲取就業(yè)信息,彌補(bǔ)信息不對(duì)稱;推薦就業(yè),省去就業(yè)中間環(huán)節(jié);降低就業(yè)成本,緩解他們的就業(yè)壓力。與此同時(shí),由于新生代農(nóng)民工自身的局限性,他們的人際關(guān)系往往具有比較大的同質(zhì)性,導(dǎo)致其社會(huì)資本也凸顯一些不可避免的弊端。這個(gè)群體的流動(dòng)信息有較大的重復(fù)性和冗余性,對(duì)個(gè)人幫助不大,因此他們的擇業(yè)面比較窄,他們的流動(dòng)方向更多的是水平流動(dòng),很少能夠垂直方向流動(dòng)。有待更為完善的社會(huì)制度加以規(guī)范。 新生代農(nóng)民工在社會(huì)中的擇業(yè)有賴于市場(chǎng)機(jī)制、社會(huì)服務(wù)保障機(jī)制、先后相關(guān)法律制度以及社會(huì)公平正義觀念等建立,然而政府和社會(huì)在這些方面還沒(méi)有做好完全接納他們的準(zhǔn)備,于是“關(guān)系”便成為他們經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中的一個(gè)重要原則,當(dāng)人情關(guān)系發(fā)展到一定的程度,其背后必然滋生一系列問(wèn)題,這一突出現(xiàn)象應(yīng)當(dāng)引起政府的重視,并出臺(tái)相關(guān)措施去保證市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的正常運(yùn)行,優(yōu)勝劣汰,讓社會(huì)朝著健康的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The introduction of interpersonal communication into the analysis framework of the new generation of migrant workers' career choice provides a new angle for fully understanding the internal causes of social development. This paper draws lessons from the relevant theories and methods in the research of social networks at home and abroad. Based on the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, this paper discusses the career choices of the new generation of migrant workers in the A area of Songjiang Export processing Zone in Shanghai. In this paper, an interview survey was conducted on 200 new generation migrant workers with job search experience. 194 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate of questionnaires was 97. Firstly, from the angle of sociology, this paper starts from the point of view of sociology. Based on the statistical investigation, this paper analyzes the use of the social capital owned by the new generation of migrant workers. This shows that the interpersonal interaction of the new generation of migrant workers has a significant impact on their career choices. For the new generation of migrant workers, they can mobilize all the interpersonal networks that can be mobilized in their job search. These social capital will have a positive impact on their social employment, mainly as follows: obtaining employment information, making up for information asymmetry; recommending employment, eliminating employment intermediate links; reducing employment costs and alleviating their employment pressure; at the same time, Due to the limitations of the new generation of migrant workers themselves, their interpersonal relationships are often homogeneity, resulting in their social capital also highlights some inevitable drawbacks, the flow of information in this group has greater repeatability and redundancy. It is of little help to individuals, so their choice of employment is narrow, their flow direction is more horizontal flow, rarely can vertical flow, need to be more perfect social system to regulate. The new generation of migrant workers in the society depends on the establishment of market mechanism, social service security mechanism, related legal system and the concept of social equity and justice, etc. However, the government and society are not ready to fully accept them in these aspects, so the "relationship" becomes an important principle in their economic activities, and when the relationship between human beings develops to a certain extent, A series of problems must arise behind it, which should be paid attention to by the government, and the relevant measures should be put forward to ensure the normal operation of the market mechanism, the survival of the fittest and the healthy development of the society.
