【摘要】："斜杠青年"是指不滿(mǎn)足"單一職業(yè)"的生活方式,選擇多重職業(yè)或擁有多個(gè)身份,實(shí)現(xiàn)多元生活的青年群體。"斜杠青年"涌現(xiàn)的原因有產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的重組化、企業(yè)組織的扁平化、人才資源的擇優(yōu)化、就業(yè)選擇的多元化。"斜杠青年"將個(gè)體理想與職業(yè)發(fā)展及社會(huì)需求對(duì)接起來(lái),但取舍要得當(dāng)。面對(duì)當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì),如何打造"斜杠青年"來(lái)提高青年的就業(yè)率,這需要個(gè)體職業(yè)規(guī)劃和適時(shí)充電,以及社會(huì)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的及時(shí)跟進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:"slash youth" is a group of young people who do not meet the "single occupation" lifestyle, choose multiple occupations or have multiple identities, and realize pluralistic life. The reason for the emergence of "slash youth" is the reorganization of industrial structure. The flattening of enterprise organization, the selection and optimization of human resources, and the diversification of employment choice. "slash-slash youth" will connect individual ideals with professional development and social needs. In the face of the severe employment situation, how to build a "slash-slash youth" to increase youth employment rate, which needs individual career planning and timely recharge, as well as the timely follow-up of social education and training institutions.
