【摘要】：目的了解廣州市越秀區(qū)居家失能老人主要照顧者的照顧負擔現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。方法采用方便抽樣對廣州市越秀區(qū)197名居家失能老人的主要照顧者應用照顧者負擔量表(ZBI)、抑郁自評量表(SDS)及一般人口學資料進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果居家失能老人主要照顧者的照顧負擔總分為(31.03±14.99)分,有79.2%的照顧者存在不同程度的照顧負擔,42.1%的照顧者存在不同程度的抑郁癥狀。多元線性回歸分析顯示影響居家失能老人主要照顧者負擔的因素有老人的婚姻狀況、失能原因、患慢性病種類數(shù)及其照顧者的性別、工作狀態(tài)、照顧的內(nèi)容、有無協(xié)助人員、對目前生活滿意程度和抑郁狀況。結(jié)論廣州市越秀區(qū)居家失能老人主要照顧者負擔為輕度,但普遍存在照顧負擔,照顧負擔受失能老人及照顧者多方面因素的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of care burden and its influencing factors of the main carers of the elderly with disability at home in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City. Methods A convenient sample was used to apply care to 197 main caregivers of the elderly with disability at home in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou. Burden of person scale (. ZBI. Results the total care burden of the main carers of the elderly disabled at home was 31.03 鹵14.99. 79.2% caregivers have varying degrees of care burden. 42.1% of caregivers had different degree of depression. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the burden of carers were the marital status of the elderly and the causes of disability. Number of chronic diseases and their caregivers' gender, job status, care content, and whether there are helpers. Conclusion the burden of caring for the elderly with disability at home in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou is mild, but the burden of care is common. The burden of care is affected by various factors of the disabled elderly and caregivers.
