【摘要】：本論文以2008至2010年間在上海靜安區(qū)和黃浦區(qū)的麥當(dāng)勞多家門店所進(jìn)行的田野研究為基礎(chǔ),對上海“麥工”群體的日常工作做出詳盡的描述。并檢視其員工在日常工作環(huán)境中所采取的一系列調(diào)適性策略,來探討”麥工”(Mcjobs)在全球化和地方轉(zhuǎn)型特殊語境中的多重含義。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)初步表明,上海的“麥工”世界,不是為精英話語所制造出的符號,而是實在的一道文化生態(tài)景觀。通過運(yùn)用社會學(xué)想象力,本文作者著眼于主導(dǎo)和型塑“麥工”世界的兩股結(jié)構(gòu)性力量即跨國主義和地方轉(zhuǎn)型,在考察和分析普通麥工的地域文化認(rèn)同、價值觀念和工作策略的同時,強(qiáng)調(diào)社會分層和城市生活方式日趨多元對于麥工體驗過程的關(guān)鍵作用。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on a field study conducted at McDonald's outlets in Jingan District and Huangpu District of Shanghai from 2008 to 2010. Make a detailed description of the daily work of the "wheat workers" group in Shanghai, and examine a series of adaptive strategies adopted by their employees in their daily work environment. To explore the multiple meanings of "wheat workers" in the special context of globalization and local transformation, this study finds that the world of "wheat workers" in Shanghai is not a symbol created for elite discourse. Through the use of sociological imagination, the author focuses on the two structural forces of leading and shaping the world of "wheat workers", namely, transnationalism and local transformation. While investigating and analyzing the regional cultural identity, values and work strategies of ordinary wheat workers, the paper emphasizes the key role of social stratification and the increasing diversity of urban lifestyle in the process of wheat workers' experience.
