【摘要】：中國勞動力市場上,基于血緣、地緣和共同經(jīng)歷為紐帶構(gòu)成的"社群網(wǎng)絡(luò)"既有信息傳遞和實現(xiàn)可置信承諾的積極作用,也不可避免地容易出現(xiàn)"裙帶關(guān)系"和分割市場的負面影響。本文利用CGSS2008構(gòu)造了勞動力市場上地區(qū)層面的社群網(wǎng)絡(luò)強度指標(biāo),并將其與樊綱市場化指數(shù)、規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫等數(shù)據(jù)集匹配,考察了它在不同市場化水平下對企業(yè)效率的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在市場化程度較低的階段,"社群網(wǎng)絡(luò)"表現(xiàn)為對企業(yè)績效的正面作用,而隨著市場化進程的提高,其正面作用不斷削減,負面影響逐步凸顯,最終會顯著降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率。如果將"社群網(wǎng)絡(luò)"的功能區(qū)分為"傳遞信息"和"推薦工作",本文發(fā)現(xiàn)"推薦工作"的上述影響更為顯著。
[Abstract]:In China's labor market, the "social network", which is based on blood, geography and common experiences, has a positive role in information transmission and the realization of credible commitments. It is also inevitable that "nepotism" and the negative impact of market segmentation. This paper uses CGSS2008 to construct the social network strength index at the regional level in the labor market. And it matches with Fan Gang marketization index, industrial enterprise database and other data sets, and examines its influence on enterprise efficiency at different market level. The result shows that in the stage of low marketization degree. The "social network" shows the positive effect on the enterprise performance, but with the improvement of the market-oriented process, its positive role is continuously reduced, and the negative impact is gradually highlighted. If the function of "social network" is divided into "message transmission" and "recommendation work", this paper finds that the above effects of "recommended work" are more significant.
