【摘要】：目的了解中國(guó)特色室外歌舞對(duì)中老年人主觀幸福感的影響。方法通過(guò)生活滿意度量表(LSI)A、費(fèi)城老年中心信心量表(PGC)、孤獨(dú)量表(UCLA)三個(gè)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和個(gè)人訪談法對(duì)114名50~70歲中老年人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并通過(guò)量表分析、主試觀察和自我反饋3個(gè)方面進(jìn)行整體評(píng)估。結(jié)果在LSIA和PGC方面,進(jìn)行跳廣場(chǎng)舞、唱紅歌等中國(guó)特色室外歌舞的中老年人顯著高于不進(jìn)行此類活動(dòng)的中老年人,而在UCLA方面則顯著低于無(wú)此類活動(dòng)的中老年人。結(jié)論雖然實(shí)驗(yàn)在方法上存在一定的局限性,但是中國(guó)特色室外歌舞對(duì)老年主觀幸福感和消除孤獨(dú)感方面都有積極影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of outdoor singing and dancing with Chinese characteristics on subjective well-being of middle-aged and old people. Three questionnaires and personal interviews were conducted in 114 middle-aged and 70 year olds aged 50 to 70 years. The subjects' observation and self-feedback were evaluated as a whole. The results showed that square dance was performed on LSIA and PGC. The number of middle-aged and elderly singing and dancing outside with Chinese characteristics is significantly higher than that of middle and old people who do not engage in such activities. UCLA was significantly lower in the elderly than in the middle-aged and elderly without such activities. Conclusion although there are some limitations in the method of the experiment. But outdoor singing and dancing with Chinese characteristics have a positive effect on subjective well-being and loneliness.
