【摘要】：家庭是人們在社會中生存和發(fā)展的基本環(huán)境,又是連接個體與社會的基礎橋梁。然而當代社會,隨著現(xiàn)代社會工業(yè)化、商業(yè)化、都市化、信息化和現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,家庭——這一人類社會的最基本的細胞的不穩(wěn)定性因素也不斷增加,缺損型家庭不斷增多。尤其是婚姻的危機日益加深,離婚率不斷升高,由離異引起的缺損型家庭問題也已成為中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期的一個突出問題,所引發(fā)的社會矛盾和社會問題也日益增多,已經(jīng)從私人困擾進入公眾問題范疇,引起了社會學、心理學、教育學、家庭經(jīng)濟學、人口學界諸多學者的密切關注,形成了一個新的研究領域。盡管離異家庭問題不像犯罪行為那樣對社會和他人造成重大的影響和傷害,但是它聯(lián)系著人們婚姻的穩(wěn)定,家庭的和諧,子女的成長及婚姻當事人的行為、權(quán)益和心理,從而對社會秩序的穩(wěn)定、社會行為的導向、社會規(guī)范的傳承、社會價值觀的認定有著重大的影響。因此,本研究針對離異的缺損型家庭展開調(diào)查、分析,試圖解釋離異的諸多因素,以及給出相應措施減少其發(fā)生 本文通過檔案分析、邏輯推理、調(diào)查法,并對天津離異中的100人進行調(diào)研,綜合分析得出造成離異缺損型家庭產(chǎn)生的主要因素包括：1.傳統(tǒng)家庭的社會功能逐漸外移、淡化或社會化；2.“個人本位”文化代替“家本位”文化；3.社會輿論的寬松；4.女性受教育水平的提高；5.法律對離婚的寬松；6.公共政策的缺失；7.社會政策的變遷；8.婚外情、家庭暴力、性格不合、疾病以及“假離婚”。相關因素分析對人的進一步端正家庭概念、維持正常的家庭倫理秩序起到積極的作用,進而得出相應措施以減少離異缺損型家庭的產(chǎn)生。包括：1.建立健全婚姻家庭法律制度、政策；2.推進兩性平等,提倡家庭內(nèi)平等和諧的性別關系；3.積極宣傳和引導人們接受現(xiàn)代的婚姻觀、家庭觀等婚姻科學知識；4.創(chuàng)建文明健康的婚姻家庭文化；5.成立婚姻家庭咨詢指導服務機構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The family is the basic environment of people living in the society and development, and the foundation of bridge between individual and society. Although not as crime problems in divorced families Have a great impact and harm to society and others, but it is linked with the people the stability of marriage, family harmony, children and marriage party's behavior, interests and psychological, thus the stability of the social order, social behavior orientation, social norms, inheritance, has a significant impact on Determination of social values. Therefore, based on the defect type divorce investigation, analysis of many factors, trying to explain the divorce, and gives the corresponding measures to reduce its occurrence
In this paper, through the analysis of archives, logical reasoning, method of investigation, and the investigation of 100 people in Tianjin divorced, caused by the main factors include divorce defect type family produced by comprehensive analysis: 1. the traditional family's social function gradually shift, desalination or socialization; "the 2. person" instead of "family oriented" culture culture 3.; public opinion loose; 4. women's education level; the 5. law on divorce missing 6. loose; public policy; social policy change 7.; 8. affair, family violence, personality, disease and "fake divorce." further correct family concept of human related factors, to maintain the family ethics in order to play an active role, and then draw the appropriate measures to reduce the divorce defect type family produced. Including: 1. to establish and improve the legal system of marriage and family policy; 2., promoting gender equality, provided Advocating equal and harmonious gender relations in family; 3., actively propagating and guiding people to accept modern marriage view and family view and other scientific knowledge of marriage; 4., create civilized and healthy marriage and family culture; 5., establish marriage and family counseling and guidance service institutions.
