【摘要】:男女平等觀念在我國(guó)已深入人心,越來(lái)越多的人意識(shí)到女性在我國(guó)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的重要地位,性別正視也將成為我國(guó)社會(huì)的必然趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,多數(shù)女性在就業(yè)過(guò)程中遭遇過(guò)不同形式的性別限制,,可見(jiàn)就業(yè)性別歧視早已成為我國(guó)一個(gè)不容忽視的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象。本篇論文通過(guò)探討中國(guó)女性就業(yè)中的性別歧視現(xiàn)狀,原因及解決措施,不僅回答中國(guó)女性為何就業(yè)困難的問(wèn)題,也為營(yíng)造兩性公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)均等的就業(yè)環(huán)境提供了更加堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論依據(jù)。本文首先分析了馬克思主義婦女觀的概念、形成過(guò)程及其基本內(nèi)容;其次,文章剖析了中國(guó)女性就業(yè)難的各種現(xiàn)狀及原因,闡述了此種現(xiàn)象對(duì)社會(huì)的消極影響,最后,依據(jù)馬克思主義婦女觀的理論指導(dǎo),對(duì)解決中國(guó)女性就業(yè)歧視問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:The concept of equality between men and women has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people in China, more and more people realize the important position of women in the social structure of our country, gender face face will also become the inevitable trend of our society. The competition for employment in our country is fierce. Most women have experienced different forms of gender restriction in the employment process. It can be seen that gender discrimination in employment has already become a social phenomenon that can not be ignored in China. This paper discusses the status quo, causes and solutions of gender discrimination in Chinese women's employment. Not only to answer the Chinese women's employment difficulties, but also to create a fair competition between the sexes. The employment environment of equal employment opportunities provides a more solid theoretical basis. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept of Marxist concept of women, the formation process and its basic content; Secondly, the article analyzes the current situation and reasons of Chinese women's employment difficulties, expounds the negative impact of this phenomenon on the society, and finally, according to the theoretical guidance of Marxist view of women. To solve the problem of female employment discrimination in China put forward the corresponding measures.
