【摘要】：針對農(nóng)村留守老人權(quán)益保障不力的現(xiàn)狀,應當完善留守老人權(quán)益保障法律法規(guī),做到有法可依;應當加強留守老人權(quán)益的司法保障力度,暢通留守老人權(quán)益損害的救濟渠道;應當健全留守老人權(quán)益的社會保障體系,從根本上保障留守老人權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation of weak protection of the rights and interests of the left-behind elderly in rural areas, we should perfect the laws and regulations on the protection of the rights and interests of the left-behind elderly and have laws and regulations to follow; we should strengthen the judicial protection of the rights and interests of the left-behind elderly and open up the channels for relief of the rights and interests of the left-behind elderly; we should improve the social security system for the rights and interests of the left-behind elderly and fundamentally protect the rights and interests of the left-behind
