【摘要】：正高校學(xué)生檔案記錄了高校學(xué)生在校期間學(xué)習(xí)、生活、參與各類學(xué)生活動(dòng)等的情況,是學(xué)生知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)業(yè)技能、社交狀況的真實(shí)記錄,對(duì)于高校學(xué)生畢業(yè)后就業(yè)、參加社保、確定干部身份、計(jì)算工齡等具有重要作用。高校學(xué)生檔案管理工作是高校常規(guī)工作的重要內(nèi)容。當(dāng)前,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,社會(huì)對(duì)高校學(xué)生檔案的利用需求不斷增加,但目前高校檔案管理存在著諸如檔案管理手段落后、檔案利用效率低下等問(wèn)題,無(wú)法滿足社會(huì)的利用需求。為此,應(yīng)采取多項(xiàng)措施,在保
[Abstract]:The archives of college students record the study, life and participation of college students in all kinds of student activities during school. They are the true records of students' knowledge structure, academic skills and social status. They play an important role in employment after graduation, participation in social security, determination of cadre identity, calculation of length of service and so on. The management of college students' archives is an important part of the routine work in colleges and universities. At present, with the rapid development of economy and society, the demand for the utilization of college students' archives is increasing, but at present, there are some problems in the archives management of colleges and universities, such as backward means of archives management, low efficiency of archives utilization and so on, which can not meet the needs of society.
