【摘要】：中部六省作為東西融合、南北對(duì)接的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)樞紐和地理位置，它的全面協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展，離不開(kāi)完善的社會(huì)保障體系。一直以來(lái)，中部地區(qū)與東部、全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相比較為落后，社會(huì)保障水平也較低。為了保證中部地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康運(yùn)行，也為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)中部地區(qū)公民在享受?chē)?guó)民收入分配時(shí)的社會(huì)公平，有必要對(duì)中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保障水平進(jìn)行比較與影響因素分析，，探索一條提高中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保障水平的新路徑。 社會(huì)保障體系的核心內(nèi)容為社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外社會(huì)保障相關(guān)理論和概念為基礎(chǔ)，首先對(duì)全國(guó)和中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)水平進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析。然后，對(duì)中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)水平進(jìn)行六省內(nèi)部的比較分析和中部與全國(guó)的比較分析，在比較分析中找出一些制約中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)水平進(jìn)一步提高的基本因素。接著，以江西省作為中部地區(qū)的代表，運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析和多元回歸分析的計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型對(duì)宏觀上影響江西省社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)水平的主要結(jié)構(gòu)性因素進(jìn)行定量的實(shí)證分析。分析結(jié)果表明，影響江西省等中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保障水平的關(guān)鍵變量是城鎮(zhèn)人口比重，其根本原因在于中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保障體系的城鄉(xiāng)二元差異。最后，本文從縮小城鄉(xiāng)社會(huì)保障體系二元差異的基本點(diǎn)出發(fā)，對(duì)提高中部地區(qū)社會(huì)保障水平提出了一些相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As an important economic hub and geographical position of east-west integration and north-south docking, the overall coordination and sustainable development of the six central provinces can not be separated from the perfect social security system. For a long time, the central region and the east, compared with the national economic development is relatively backward, the level of social security is also lower. In order to ensure the healthy operation of the social economy in the central region and to better realize the social equity of the citizens in the central region when enjoying the distribution of national income, it is necessary to compare and analyze the social security levels in the central region. Explore a new way to improve the level of social security in the central region. The core content of social security system is social insurance. Based on the related theories and concepts of social security at home and abroad, this paper first analyzes the current situation of social insurance level in the national and central regions. Then, the social insurance level of the central region is compared and analyzed within the six provinces and between the central region and the whole country, and some basic factors restricting the further improvement of the social insurance level in the central region are found out in the comparative analysis. Then, taking Jiangxi Province as the representative of the central region, this paper makes a quantitative empirical analysis on the main structural factors that affect the level of social insurance in Jiangxi Province by using the econometric model of correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the key variable affecting the social security level in central Jiangxi Province is the proportion of urban population, and the fundamental reason lies in the dual difference between urban and rural social security system in the central region. Finally, based on the basic point of narrowing the dual difference between urban and rural social security system, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of social security in the central region.
