【摘要】：伴隨著信息化的蓬勃發(fā)展,信息的高速傳播為廣大公眾帶來(lái)了全新的信息共享模式和交流體驗(yàn)。在這一大背景之下,我國(guó)的社會(huì)保障機(jī)制和制度也應(yīng)當(dāng)緊跟時(shí)代發(fā)展的腳步,努力促進(jìn)自身的深化改革和快速發(fā)展。本文結(jié)合了通遼市網(wǎng)上社保辦公的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)流程,充分應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息發(fā)布技術(shù)搭建起了一套適合通遼市社保局使用的網(wǎng)上信息管理系統(tǒng)。本軟件是為了完成網(wǎng)上社保信息管理而開(kāi)發(fā)的一套現(xiàn)代化綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)遵循程序設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言與頁(yè)面模塊相互分離的原則,采用JSP技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)界面,將XML文件作為基礎(chǔ)存儲(chǔ)文件,并且設(shè)計(jì)了后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)用來(lái)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ),本網(wǎng)上信息管理系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中相繼完成了社保信息發(fā)布流程、系統(tǒng)用戶管理、系統(tǒng)信息欄目設(shè)置、后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)審核等功能。另外還實(shí)現(xiàn)了一些基礎(chǔ)配套功能,如留言板信息管理、站內(nèi)信息查詢、社保待遇計(jì)算以及文件上傳與下載等相關(guān)功能。論文首先說(shuō)明了國(guó)內(nèi)外社保信息發(fā)布平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)這一課題的研究背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。其次,從研究課題的需求分析著手,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的功能需求分析與性能需求分析。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能模塊的有效劃分,接著通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)流程圖、系統(tǒng)類(lèi)圖等工具對(duì)具體的子功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。再次,論文詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的具體功能實(shí)現(xiàn),從程序代碼編寫(xiě)到系統(tǒng)界面展示,詳細(xì)地介紹了系統(tǒng)具體功能模塊的實(shí)際運(yùn)行結(jié)果。最后,論文分別從系統(tǒng)功能和系統(tǒng)性能兩個(gè)層面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。最終測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,本網(wǎng)上信息管理系統(tǒng)的投入使用,增強(qiáng)了用戶的系統(tǒng)體驗(yàn),有效完善了社保信息的發(fā)布機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了社保信息的網(wǎng)絡(luò)快捷傳播,初步滿足了系統(tǒng)用戶的基本要求,也達(dá)到了令人滿意的效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the high-speed dissemination of information has brought new information sharing mode and communication experience to the general public. In this context, China's social security mechanism and system should also follow the pace of the development of the times, and strive to promote their own deepening reform and rapid development. Combined with the practical business process of online social security office in Tongliao City, this paper fully uses modern information publishing technology to build a set of online information management system suitable for Tongliao Municipal Social Security Bureau. This software is a set of modern comprehensive information management system developed to complete the information management of social security on the Internet. This system follows the principle of separating the programming language and the page module, adopts JSP technology to design the system interface, takes the XML file as the basic storage file, and designs the background database to carry on the data storage. In the process of design and implementation, this information management system has completed the social security information publishing process, system user management, system information column setting, background data review and so on. In addition, some basic functions are realized, such as message board information management, in-station information query, social security treatment calculation and file upload and download. Firstly, this paper explains the research background and current situation of the development of social security information publishing platform at home and abroad. Secondly, the function requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis of the system are carried out from the requirements analysis of the research topic. The main function modules of the system are designed in detail, and the function modules of the whole system are effectively divided. Then the concrete sub-functions are designed by means of business flow chart, system class diagram and other tools. Thirdly, the paper introduces the realization of the specific function of the system in detail, from the programming to the display of the system interface, the actual running results of the specific functional modules of the system are introduced in detail. At last, the paper tests the system from two aspects: system function and system performance. The final test results show that the application of the online information management system enhances the user's system experience, effectively improves the publishing mechanism of social security information, and realizes the rapid dissemination of social security information on the network. Initially satisfied with the basic requirements of the system users, but also achieved satisfactory results.
