【摘要】：正1初級(jí)保健需求日本總?cè)丝跀?shù)量現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)達(dá)到最大,在未來將會(huì)明顯下降。但是老齡化人口比例將會(huì)從現(xiàn)在的23.0%增長(zhǎng)為未來的39.9%,到2060年每一位老年人都需要有1.4個(gè)人來對(duì)他進(jìn)行資助。未來要維持社保和國(guó)家收入之間的平衡將會(huì)變得很困難,因?yàn)槲磥硪蕾嚨娜丝跀?shù)會(huì)增加,而能夠支柱老年人的工作人口數(shù)會(huì)降低。老年人的疾病譜與年輕人是不一樣的,老年人會(huì)有不同的疾病,比如說糖尿病、壓瘡、肺炎等。要治療這些患者,有限的病床是不夠的,而且日本的醫(yī)院分科是很明顯
