【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程的加快,農(nóng)民工年齡的不斷增長(zhǎng),改革開(kāi)放初期進(jìn)城務(wù)工的農(nóng)民工逐步退出歷史舞臺(tái),80后、90后的新生代農(nóng)民工開(kāi)始成為社會(huì)發(fā)展和城市建設(shè)的重要力量。然而,由于我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)實(shí)行城鄉(xiāng)二元化的戶籍制度,新生代農(nóng)民工無(wú)法享有和城市居民同等的就業(yè)和福利待遇,以致生活狀況不理想,缺少基本的社會(huì)保障;再加上自身文化素質(zhì)不高,社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),導(dǎo)致就業(yè)難、收入低,很難融入城市生活。在此情況下,能否做好新生代農(nóng)民工的思想政治教育工作,關(guān)系到社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建以及社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè),也同樣影響著新生代農(nóng)民工自身的全面發(fā)展。因此,認(rèn)清我國(guó)在農(nóng)民工思想政治教育方面存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)各種途徑和方法加強(qiáng)新生代農(nóng)民工的思想政治教育,成為我們的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文首先對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工思想政治教育相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定并對(duì)相關(guān)理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行闡述。其次,從豐富和發(fā)展思想政治教育學(xué)的需要,提升新生代農(nóng)民工綜合素質(zhì)的需要及促進(jìn)新生代農(nóng)民工更好融入城市的需要等三個(gè)方面對(duì)加強(qiáng)思想政治教育的必要性進(jìn)行了論述;從構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和促進(jìn)新生代農(nóng)民工全面發(fā)展等三個(gè)方面對(duì)加強(qiáng)思想政治教育的重要性進(jìn)行了論述。再次,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式剖析新生代農(nóng)民工思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)存在的問(wèn)題,并從思想認(rèn)識(shí)層面、相關(guān)制度層面、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境、個(gè)人自身素質(zhì)等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)存在問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行探討。最后,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題及原因,提出加強(qiáng)新生代農(nóng)民工思想政治教育的對(duì)策。主要從五個(gè)方面入手,即發(fā)揮思想政治教育主體的作用,豐富并完善思想政治教育的內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新思想政治教育的方式方法,優(yōu)化思想政治教育的環(huán)境,提高新生代農(nóng)民工的綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the acceleration of urbanization process, the continuous growth of the age of migrant workers, migrant workers in the early stage of reform and opening up gradually withdrew from the historical stage, after 80, After 1990, the new generation of migrant workers began to become an important force in social development and urban construction. However, because of the household registration system of urban-rural dualization in China for a long time, the new generation of migrant workers can not enjoy the same employment and welfare treatment as urban residents, resulting in unsatisfactory living conditions and lack of basic social security; In addition, their own cultural quality is not high, social competitiveness is not strong, resulting in difficult employment, low income, difficult to integrate into urban life. Under such circumstances, whether the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers can be done well is related to the construction of a harmonious socialist society and the construction of a new socialist countryside, and also affects the all-round development of the new generation of migrant workers themselves. Therefore, it is urgent for us to recognize the problems existing in the ideological and political education of migrant workers in our country, and to strengthen the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers through various ways and methods. In this paper, the new generation of migrant workers ideological and political education related concepts are defined and related theoretical basis is expounded. Secondly, the necessity of strengthening ideological and political education is discussed from three aspects: the need to enrich and develop ideological and political education, the need to improve the comprehensive quality of the new generation of migrant workers and the need to promote the better integration of the new generation of migrant workers into the city. This paper discusses the importance of strengthening ideological and political education from three aspects: constructing a harmonious society, building a new countryside and promoting the all-round development of the new generation of migrant workers. Thirdly, through the questionnaire analysis of the new generation of migrant workers ideological and political education status, on the basis of summarizing the existing problems, and from the ideological level, related system level, social and cultural environment, Personal quality and other aspects of the existence of problems are discussed. Finally, in view of the existing problems and reasons, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers. It mainly starts from five aspects, that is, to give play to the role of the subject of ideological and political education, to enrich and perfect the content of ideological and political education, to innovate the ways and methods of ideological and political education, and to optimize the environment of ideological and political education. Improve the comprehensive quality of the new generation of migrant workers.
