【摘要】：正2015年9月24日,日本首相安倍晉三宣布,"安倍經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)"進(jìn)入第二階段,日本政府將制訂《日本"一億總活躍"計劃》,推出"新三支箭"政策措施。"新三支箭"主要內(nèi)容日本政府將制訂《日本"一億總活躍"計劃》,著力遏制少子高齡化趨勢,目標(biāo)是50年后將人口總量維持在1億人規(guī)模。同時,通過各種政策措施,激發(fā)家庭、職場、地方活力,打造更加富有、更加充滿活力的日本。為此,日本政府將實施"新三支箭"政策:第一支箭,催生希望,打造更加強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì);第二支
