基于最優(yōu)社會(huì)保障規(guī)模視角農(nóng)戶農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究

【摘要】:利用甘肅省2000-2011年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)引入最優(yōu)社會(huì)保障規(guī)模模型和凱恩斯收入均衡理論,在統(tǒng)一的理論背景下,充分考慮農(nóng)戶風(fēng)險(xiǎn)厭惡行為邏輯的特殊性,討論了農(nóng)戶在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)沖擊下個(gè)體福利水平的最大化,并利用C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)具體構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)全新的分析框架,測(cè)算出當(dāng)前農(nóng)戶農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水最優(yōu)補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為22.11元/畝。
[Abstract]:By introducing the optimal social security scale model and Keynes' income equilibrium theory, under the unified theoretical background, the particularity of farmers' risk-averse behavior logic is fully considered, using the statistical data from 2000 to 2011 in Gansu Province. This paper discusses the maximization of individual welfare level under the impact of risk, and constructs a new analytical framework by using C-D production function to build the agricultural water-saving compensation standard model. The optimal compensation standard for agricultural water saving is 22.11 yuan / mu.
