成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部教練員現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及對高校網(wǎng)球人才培養(yǎng)的思考

【摘要】:在深化教育改革的背景下,結(jié)合網(wǎng)球俱樂部發(fā)展對教練員的需要,運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)量統(tǒng)計法等研究方法對本論文進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:1.成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部基本上是集于教學(xué)培訓(xùn)、場地租賃以及其他輔助性服務(wù)等為一體的綜合經(jīng)營方式,但教學(xué)培訓(xùn)服務(wù)是俱樂部收益的主要手段。因此,教練員在網(wǎng)球俱樂部的發(fā)展中具有重要的作用。2.成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部教練員隊伍由專職教練員和兼職教練員構(gòu)成。專職教練員主要來源高校網(wǎng)球?qū)m椇透咝sw育專業(yè)非網(wǎng)球?qū)m棇W(xué)生,他們的執(zhí)教年限一般在2-3年。而兼職教練員主要來源于在職體育教師、在讀學(xué)生及專業(yè)網(wǎng)球退役運動員。在兼職教練員中,退役運動員和在職體育教師相對穩(wěn)定,而在讀學(xué)生因為技術(shù)水平和執(zhí)教能力等方面的原因被俱樂部辭退的比例較大?傮w講,無論是專職還是兼職,成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部的教練員流動性都比較大,造成這一現(xiàn)象的原因在于俱樂部沒有給予教練的工資收入一個穩(wěn)定的保證。其工資收入取決于教學(xué)和陪練次數(shù)的多少,并受場地、氣候、時間和教學(xué)陪練水平等的影響。一方面,工資多少不俱確定性,另一方面,俱樂部很少給教練員購買社保和醫(yī)保,這使得即使是專職教練員也不可能具有長期從事該項工作的想法,而兼職教練員本身就具有臨時性。3.成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部管理者雖然認(rèn)識到教練員對俱樂部的發(fā)展具有重要的作用,但其在教練員的管理上的缺陷造成俱樂部教練員的整體能力一般,缺少綜合素質(zhì)較好的優(yōu)秀教練員。管理者認(rèn)為教練員應(yīng)具備較強的比賽能力、教學(xué)能力、陪打能力及溝通能力。在成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部教練員隊伍中,高校來源的網(wǎng)球教練員教學(xué)能力和溝通能力較好,但因從事專業(yè)運動年限較短,所以比賽能力和陪打能力相對較弱。4.成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部消費者一般認(rèn)為教練員綜合素質(zhì)是非常重要的,但調(diào)查顯示,教練員的綜合素質(zhì)還沒有完全達(dá)到消費者的需求。消費者認(rèn)為教練員應(yīng)具備較高的技術(shù)水平、陪打能力、教學(xué)能力及較好的服務(wù)態(tài)度,隨著消費者網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平的提高對教練員技術(shù)水平尤其是陪打能力和比賽能力的要求就越高。教練員只有具備較高的技術(shù)水平、較強的教學(xué)能力及融洽的溝通能力等方面的綜合素質(zhì)才能滿足網(wǎng)球俱樂部消費者的需要。5.高校網(wǎng)球?qū)m椊虒W(xué)網(wǎng)球場地基本上能滿足教學(xué)的需要,實踐教學(xué)部分占總學(xué)時的大部分,由于總教學(xué)時數(shù)的限制(320學(xué)時對于學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)球技術(shù)時數(shù)非常有限),教師在教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排上更注重基本技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí),而對教學(xué)能力、陪打技巧、比賽能力及網(wǎng)球裁判及比賽組織等實踐方面的能力培養(yǎng)不夠。網(wǎng)球?qū)m棇W(xué)生認(rèn)為網(wǎng)球裁判、比賽組織、特別是比賽能力及陪打能力好壞是影響自己順利從事網(wǎng)球業(yè)余教練員工作重要因素。高校網(wǎng)球教師認(rèn)為加大課外練習(xí)、多參加各種比賽,從事社會教學(xué)實踐等課內(nèi)外結(jié)合的方式是促進(jìn)學(xué)生全方位發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)合格的學(xué)校網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)教師和網(wǎng)球俱樂部教練的重要途徑。6.雖然國家教委把網(wǎng)球運動列為了中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)大綱中的選項教材,成都市相關(guān)主管部門推出了網(wǎng)球試點學(xué)校以期促進(jìn)網(wǎng)球運動的發(fā)展,但由于受到教師編制、場地設(shè)施等因素的影響,成都市各學(xué)校并未將網(wǎng)球運動推廣起來,對網(wǎng)球?qū)m椚瞬诺男枨筝^少。而高校網(wǎng)球教師基本滿員及對教師學(xué)歷的高要求,使網(wǎng)球本科專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入高校幾乎成為不可能。以上情況造成網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)本專業(yè)的困難,這使部分學(xué)生把就業(yè)方向轉(zhuǎn)向了網(wǎng)球俱樂部,同時也使高校網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)的培養(yǎng)模式與成都市網(wǎng)球俱樂部對教練員的多元化要求形成紐帶關(guān)系;诔啥际芯W(wǎng)球俱樂部教練員和高校網(wǎng)球人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,作者認(rèn)為應(yīng)加強對網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng);完善網(wǎng)球課程結(jié)構(gòu)體系;強化網(wǎng)球復(fù)合型體育人才的培養(yǎng);提高網(wǎng)球?qū)m棇W(xué)生的運動技術(shù)水平;強化網(wǎng)球?qū)m棇W(xué)生的實踐能力,構(gòu)建課內(nèi)外一體化網(wǎng)球教學(xué)模式等方面以使高校人才培養(yǎng)符合社會需求的復(fù)合型網(wǎng)球?qū)m椚瞬拧?br/>[Abstract]:Under the background of deepening education reform and combining with the needs of tennis club development for coaches, this paper uses literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, quantitative statistics and other research methods to study this paper. The results show that: 1. Chengdu tennis club is basically concentrated in teaching and training, venue leasing and other ancillary. The coaches play an important role in the development of tennis clubs. 2. The coaches of Chengdu Tennis Club are composed of full-time coaches and part-time coaches. The non-tennis majors in the school usually teach for 2-3 years, while part-time coaches mainly come from in-service physical education teachers, students and professional tennis retired athletes. Generally speaking, both full-time and part-time coaches in Chengdu Tennis Club are more mobile. The reason for this phenomenon is that the club does not give coaches a stable salary guarantee. On the one hand, the salary is uncertain, on the other hand, the club seldom buys social security and medical insurance for coaches, which makes it impossible for even full-time coaches to have the idea of long-term engagement in the work, and part-time coaches themselves have temporary. 3. Chengdu tennis Although club managers recognize that coaches play an important role in the development of clubs, their management deficiencies lead to the general ability of club coaches and the lack of excellent coaches with better comprehensive quality. Among the coaches of Chengdu Tennis Club, the teaching and communication abilities of tennis coaches from colleges and universities are better, but because they have been engaged in professional sports for a relatively short period of time, their competitiveness and accompanying ability are relatively weak. 4. Consumers of Chengdu Tennis Club generally think that the comprehensive quality of coaches is very important, but the survey Consumers believe that coaches should have higher technical level, accompanying ability, teaching ability and better service attitude. With the improvement of consumer tennis technical level, coaches'technical level, especially accompanying ability and competition ability are required to be higher. Coaches only have high technical level, strong teaching ability and harmonious communication ability to meet the needs of tennis club consumers. 5. College tennis special teaching tennis courts can basically meet the needs of teaching, practice teaching part of the majority of the total school hours, because the total number of teaching hours. The teachers pay more attention to the study of basic skills and tactics in the arrangement of teaching contents, but not enough to cultivate the practical abilities of teaching ability, accompanying skills, competition ability and tennis referees and competition organization. Competitive ability and accompanying ability are the important factors that influence their successful engagement in tennis amateur coaches. College tennis teachers believe that the combination of extra-curricular exercises, more competitions and social teaching practice is to promote students'all-round development and cultivate qualified tennis teachers and tennis players. Although the National Education Commission has listed tennis as an optional teaching material in the physical education syllabus of primary and secondary schools, the relevant departments in charge of Chengdu have launched a tennis pilot school in order to promote the development of tennis. However, due to the influence of teachers, venues and facilities, schools in Chengdu have not listed tennis as an optional teaching material. With the popularization of sports, there is less demand for tennis talents. However, tennis teachers in Colleges and universities are basically full and the high requirements for teachers'qualifications make it almost impossible for graduates of tennis major to enter colleges and universities. Based on the investigation of the present situation of tennis coaches and tennis talents training in Chengdu Tennis Club, the author thinks that the comprehensive quality training of tennis students should be strengthened and the tennis curriculum should be improved. Structural system; Strengthen the cultivation of tennis compound sports talents; Improve the sports technical level of tennis special students; Strengthen the practical ability of tennis special students, and construct the integrated tennis teaching mode in and out of class so as to cultivate compound tennis special talents meeting the needs of society.
