【摘要】：正農(nóng)民工工資清欠工作,事關(guān)廣大農(nóng)民工群體合法權(quán)益和社會和諧穩(wěn)定。其中,建筑領(lǐng)域是農(nóng)民工從業(yè)的重點(diǎn),也是發(fā)生農(nóng)民工工資拖欠案件的"重災(zāi)區(qū)",為各級黨委政府高度重視和社會高度關(guān)注。近年來,南寧市人力資源和社會保障局認(rèn)真貫徹上級黨委政府部署,積極采取有力措施,及時有效處置建筑領(lǐng)域等各類因欠薪引發(fā)的群體事件,全力做好農(nóng)民工工資清欠工作,較好地維護(hù)了農(nóng)民工合法權(quán)益和社會和諧穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers pay arrears, the majority of migrant workers related to the legitimate rights and interests of the community and social harmony and stability. Among them, the construction field is the key point of the peasant workers' employment, and it is also the "disaster area" where the migrant workers' wages are defaulted, which is highly valued by the Party committees and governments at all levels and highly concerned by the society. In recent years, the Nanning Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security has conscientiously carried out the arrangements of the party committees and governments at the higher levels, taken active and effective measures to deal with all kinds of group incidents caused by unpaid wages in the construction field in a timely and effective manner, and made every effort to clear up the wages of migrant workers. Better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and social harmony and stability.
