【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)保障服務(wù)體系的不斷完善,國家對(duì)醫(yī)療體制改革給予了高度重視,以不斷提高患者的就醫(yī)質(zhì)量,從而促進(jìn)醫(yī)院整體管理水平快速提升。根據(jù)醫(yī)院后勤保障工作的開展情況來看,精細(xì)化管理的合理應(yīng)用,不僅可以提高各種資源的有效利用率,還能充分發(fā)揮各管理部門的職能作用,最終提升醫(yī)院服務(wù)水平、醫(yī)療質(zhì)量等,是我國醫(yī)療事業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障。本文就精細(xì)化管理在醫(yī)院后勤保障工作中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行全面分析和探討,以推動(dòng)醫(yī)院后勤保障工作不斷創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the social security service system in our country, the government has attached great importance to the reform of the medical system, in order to continuously improve the quality of patients' medical treatment, thus promoting the rapid improvement of the overall management level of the hospital. According to the development of hospital logistics support work, the reasonable application of fine management can not only improve the effective utilization of various resources, but also give full play to the function of various management departments, and ultimately enhance the level of hospital service. Medical quality is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of medical industry in China. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the application of fine management in hospital logistics support work in order to promote the innovation of hospital logistics support work.
