【摘要】：目的根據(jù)福建省衛(wèi)生廳、福建省人力資源和社會(huì)保障廳、福建省物價(jià)局《關(guān)于開展規(guī)范醫(yī)院護(hù)工管理試點(diǎn)工作的意見》精神,結(jié)合醫(yī)院實(shí)際情況,探索建立護(hù)理員崗位管理體系。方法我院2013年10月通過與轄區(qū)警方聯(lián)動(dòng),邀請(qǐng)派出所警長(zhǎng)、段警參與管理,確立護(hù)理員管理機(jī)構(gòu),護(hù)理員崗位的準(zhǔn)入、價(jià)格定位、簽訂協(xié)議、規(guī)范培訓(xùn)、服務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)管、退出機(jī)制、激勵(lì)及定期滿意度調(diào)查等環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)施,對(duì)我院160名護(hù)理員開展崗位管理。結(jié)果我院通過近兩年護(hù)理員崗位管理的實(shí)踐,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)了護(hù)理員"五統(tǒng)一"管理。結(jié)論通過護(hù)理員崗位管理不僅穩(wěn)定了護(hù)理員隊(duì)伍,同時(shí)也減輕了護(hù)理工作壓力。
[Abstract]:Objective according to the spirit of Fujian Provincial Health Department, Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Fujian Price Bureau on developing the pilot work of standardizing the management of nursing workers in hospitals, and combining with the actual situation of hospitals, Explore the establishment of nursing post management system. Methods in October 2013, the police officers and police officers of police stations were invited to participate in the management of the police station, to establish the admission, price orientation, agreement, training and service quality supervision. Implementation of exit mechanism, motivation and regular satisfaction survey, and post management of 160 nurses in our hospital. Results through the practice of nursing staff post management in our hospital in recent two years, the nurses'"five unified" management was gradually realized. Conclusion the post management of nursing staff not only stabilized the nursing staff, but also alleviated the pressure of nursing work.
