【摘要】：收入再分配是社會(huì)保障的題中應(yīng)有之意。社會(huì)保障在收入再分配中具有重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用,尤其對于我國目前的收入分配差距拉大的趨勢起到一個(gè)非常重要的抑制和消減作用。而這種作用充分發(fā)揮的前提是要有完善的社會(huì)保障制度。我國社會(huì)保障制度尚存在很多問題,導(dǎo)致社會(huì)保障收入再分配作用受到抑制,甚至出現(xiàn)了"逆向調(diào)節(jié)"的現(xiàn)象,因此,我們須要完善我國社會(huì)保障制度,充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)保障對收入再分配的應(yīng)有作用,調(diào)節(jié)城鄉(xiāng)之間及不同層次、類型和區(qū)域以及代際之間的社會(huì)成員的收入分配關(guān)系,縮小收入分配差距。
[Abstract]:Income redistribution is what social security should mean. Social security plays an important role in regulating income redistribution, especially plays a very important role in restraining and reducing the widening income distribution gap. The premise of the full play of this role is to have a sound social security system. There are still many problems in the social security system of our country, which results in the redistribution of social security income being restrained and even the phenomenon of "reverse adjustment". Therefore, we need to perfect our social security system. We should give full play to the role of social security in income redistribution, adjust the income distribution relationship between urban and rural areas and between different levels, types and regions, and between generations, and narrow the income distribution gap.
