【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項目報告。翻譯原文為羅伯塔·加蒂(Roberta Gatti)、迭戈·F·安格爾·烏迪諾拉(Diego F.Angel-Urdinola)、喬安娜·席爾瓦(Joana Silva)和安德爾·博多爾(András Bodor)于2014年合寫的著作《努力找到更好的工作——中東和北非地區(qū)非正規(guī)就業(yè)帶來的挑戰(zhàn)》("Striving for Better Jobs—The Challenge of Informality in the Middle East and North Africa")的第一章。全書總共五個章節(jié),作者的寫作目的有兩個。首先作者將更新的證據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)以及國家的具體分析匯集,讓我們更好的了解了非正規(guī)就業(yè)的程度、決定因素以及所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。第二個目的就是開展并參與到這場辯論當(dāng)中,為政府提出有效可行建議,通過提高社會保障的惠及度的方式,更好地管控風(fēng)險和填補漏洞。本書第一章主要描述中東和北非地區(qū)非正規(guī)現(xiàn)象的范圍和特點,以及其隨時間而產(chǎn)生的變化和宏觀經(jīng)濟決定因素。分析了非正規(guī)就業(yè)與其他決定因素的關(guān)系,讓讀者更加了解非正規(guī)就業(yè),并根據(jù)這些復(fù)雜關(guān)系因地制宜。其中眾多建議和方法對于中國以及其他存在類似情況的國家都有極強的指導(dǎo)意義,可以幫助企業(yè)及政府的策略制定者了解現(xiàn)有形勢,并且與時俱進地采取相應(yīng)措施。此章節(jié)邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)清楚、有序,同時在描述當(dāng)中也有涉及相關(guān)專業(yè)知識。因此,根據(jù)翻譯理論中的最高原則目的論原則,即翻譯中整體翻譯行為的目的最為關(guān)鍵,本報告的目的主要是對原文進行精準(zhǔn)翻譯,以幫助企業(yè)及政府的策略制定者和相關(guān)人士�；谝陨夏康囊约霸奶卣�,本報告在翻譯過程中主要采取了以下幾種翻譯策略:轉(zhuǎn)換法、拆分法、省略法和術(shù)語翻譯等等。本報告由四部分組成:第一部分為整體介紹,分別包括翻譯項目背景介紹、翻譯目標(biāo)和翻譯意義以及整體報告結(jié)構(gòu)的介紹;第二部分為原文主要內(nèi)容簡介,包括原著第一章作者介紹、第一章內(nèi)容介紹和語言特征總結(jié);第三部分為翻譯相關(guān)問題的總結(jié),包括翻譯理論和翻譯方法等;第四部分為翻譯第一章時所得收獲、啟發(fā)、不足的總結(jié)以及亟待解決的問題和困擾。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. Translated as a co-author of Roberta Gatty, Diego F. Angel-Urdinola, Joana Silva and Andr 謾 s Bodor in 2014 < trying to find a better job-Middle East and North Africa "taking for better Jobs-The Challenge of Information in the Middle East and North Africa." There are five chapters in the book, and the author has two purposes for writing. First, the author brings together the updated evidence, data and country-specific analysis to better understand the extent, determinants, and challenges of informal employment. The second aim is to launch and participate in the debate to make effective recommendations to the government to better manage risks and fill gaps by increasing the benefits of social security. The first chapter describes the scope and characteristics of informal phenomena in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the changes and macroeconomic determinants over time. This paper analyzes the relationship between informal employment and other determinants, so that readers can understand informal employment better and take measures according to these complex relationships. Many of the suggestions and methods are of great guiding significance to China and other countries with similar situations, which can help the policy makers of enterprises and governments to understand the current situation and take corresponding measures with the times. The logical structure of this section is clear and orderly, and there are related expertise in the description. Therefore, according to the supreme principle of Skopos in translation theory, that is, the purpose of the whole translation act in translation, the purpose of this report is mainly to accurately translate the original text. To help business and government policymakers and stakeholders. Based on the above objectives and the features of the original text, this report mainly adopts the following translation strategies: conversion, split, ellipsis and terminology translation. The report consists of four parts: the first part is an overall introduction, including the background of the translation project, the translation objectives and the significance of the translation, and the overall structure of the report. The second part is a brief introduction to the main content of the original text. It includes the author's introduction in the first chapter, the content introduction and the language feature summary in the first chapter; the third part is the summary of the translation related problems, including the translation theory and the translation method; the fourth part is the harvest and inspiration of the first chapter of translation.
