【摘要】：為了監(jiān)測早期兒童保育與教育質(zhì)量,從2010年9月至今,聯(lián)合國教科文組織與世界多個國際組織和國家合作共同建構整體性兒童早期發(fā)展指標體系。該指標體系的框架既包含了早期兒童發(fā)展的6個核心因素:健康、營養(yǎng)、教育、父母支持、公平和社會保障、減少貧困,又綜合考慮了家庭、社區(qū)和國家3種不同層次的環(huán)境影響。該指標體系首要和重要的特點是體現(xiàn)了對早期兒童發(fā)展的整體性認識,同時具有關注社會背景、強調(diào)兒童保育與教育質(zhì)量、注重保護所有兒童權利以及可用于國際比較等特點。
[Abstract]:In order to monitor the quality of early childhood care and education , from September 2010 to now , the United Nations Educational , Scientific and Cultural Organization ( UNESCO ) , in cooperation with various international organizations and countries of the world , has jointly constructed an early development index system for children . The framework of the index system includes six core factors of early childhood development : health , nutrition , education , parental support , equity and social security , poverty reduction , and comprehensive consideration of the environmental impacts of three different levels of family , community and country .
