【摘要】：在各國(guó)積極倡導(dǎo)的“信息高速公路”的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中,“電子政務(wù)”被列為第一位,信息化在社會(huì)中已經(jīng)占據(jù)重要位置。電子政務(wù)中不可或缺的辦公自動(dòng)化OA系統(tǒng)建設(shè)也被越來(lái)越多的被提出,隨著政務(wù)信息化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),各級(jí)政府、各個(gè)部門都已充分認(rèn)識(shí)到加快政府管理信息化建設(shè)的重要性和緊迫性。政務(wù)信息化建設(shè),希望從思想觀念、管理方式等方面進(jìn)行信息化管理改革,其中最有效的手段就是建設(shè)政府辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),使政府機(jī)構(gòu)各部門計(jì)算機(jī)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,提高政府的行政、服務(wù)和管理效率,利用信息技術(shù)精簡(jiǎn)組織,簡(jiǎn)化辦公。辦公OA一改往前復(fù)雜、低效的手工辦公方式,使單位內(nèi)部員工方便快捷的共享信息、協(xié)同高速的完成工作。OA系統(tǒng)的普及使得在政府內(nèi)部,各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以在網(wǎng)上及時(shí)了解、指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督各級(jí)部門間的工作情況,并更快、更方便地向各部門做出各項(xiàng)指示,這將帶來(lái)辦公模式與行政觀念的一次嶄新改革。本文通過(guò)研究和分析辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)出一套基于J2EE規(guī)范,以MySQL為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、Tomcat為服務(wù)器的針對(duì)人力資源和社會(huì)保障局業(yè)務(wù)需求的辦公系統(tǒng)。文中先簡(jiǎn)單介紹用于開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)背景知識(shí),然后以UML為建模工具,對(duì)人社政務(wù)辦公系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析、總體設(shè)計(jì),并且以其中比較核心的模塊為例進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)分析和設(shè)計(jì),開(kāi)發(fā)完成了系統(tǒng)的原型系統(tǒng),經(jīng)過(guò)單位實(shí)際環(huán)境的測(cè)試和使用,效果較好。
[Abstract]:In the application field of "information superhighway" advocated by many countries, "e-government" is listed as the first, and information has already occupied an important position in the society. The construction of OA system of office automation, which is indispensable in e-government, has been put forward more and more. With the development of information construction of government affairs, governments at all levels, All departments have fully recognized the importance and urgency of speeding up the construction of government management information. In the construction of government information, we hope to carry out the reform of information management from the aspects of ideology and management, among which the most effective means is to build the government office automation system, to make the various departments of government organizations computerized and networked. Improve the efficiency of government administration, service and management, use information technology to streamline organization and simplify office. As soon as the office OA is changed to a complex and inefficient manual office mode, the employees in the unit can share information conveniently and quickly, and the popularization of the collaborative and high-speed work .OA system makes it possible for leaders at all levels to learn about it in time on the Internet within the government. To direct and supervise the work of departments at all levels, and to give instructions to departments more quickly and more easily, will bring about a new reform of office mode and administrative concepts. Based on the research and analysis of the present situation of the application of office automation system at home and abroad, this paper designs and develops a set of office system based on J2EE standard and using MySQL as the database Tomcat as the server to meet the business needs of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. This paper briefly introduces the relevant background knowledge used in the development, then takes UML as the modeling tool, carries on the demand analysis to the human society government affairs office system, the overall design, And taking the core module as an example, the system is analyzed and designed in detail, and the prototype system is developed. The system is tested and used in the unit environment, and the effect is good.
