【摘要】：利用2000年和2010年中國婦女社會地位調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),考察了21世紀(jì)最初十年間中國婚姻家庭的家務(wù)分工特征及其變化,著重檢驗了夫妻教育匹配對家務(wù)分工平等化的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),夫妻平等分擔(dān)家務(wù)的現(xiàn)象近年來呈緩慢的上升趨勢,2010年全國接近兩成的已婚夫婦相對平等地分擔(dān)家務(wù)。夫高妻低的教育匹配模式不利于推動家務(wù)分工平等化以及改變"女主內(nèi)"的分工模式;與之相對,夫妻教育相同和夫低妻高的教育匹配模式在不同程度上推動著男性平等分擔(dān)家務(wù)。文章認(rèn)為,夫妻平等分擔(dān)家務(wù)代表了現(xiàn)代社會經(jīng)濟和性別平等文化背景下家務(wù)分工演變的方向。實現(xiàn)這一轉(zhuǎn)變,女性自身教育水平的相對提高以及教育匹配現(xiàn)象的演化扮演著極為重要的角色;而營造良好的社會輿論環(huán)境與完善社會服務(wù)體系,則是家務(wù)分工平等化的重要社會保障。
[Abstract]:Using the survey data of the social status of Chinese women in 2000 and 2010, the characteristics and changes of household division of work in China's marriage and family in the first ten years of twenty-first Century were examined, and the effect of marital education matching on the equality of household division of labor was examined. The study found that the phenomenon of equal share of housework in the husband and wife has been a slow rising trend in recent years, in 2010. Nearly 20% of married couples in the country share the equal share of household chores. The educational matching mode of low husband's high wives' low education is not conducive to promoting the equal division of labor in the housework and changing the pattern of division of labor within the "female owner". In contrast, the educational matching mode of the same husband and wife education and the high husband's low wife promotes the equal sharing of housework with men. As a result, the equal sharing of household chores represents the direction of the evolution of the division of labor in the context of modern socioeconomic and gender equality culture, which plays an important role in the relative improvement of the female education level and the evolution of the educational matching phenomenon, and the construction of a good social public opinion environment and the improvement of social service system, It is an important social guarantee for the equal division of labor in the household.
