【摘要】：城市一卡通系統(tǒng)工程是智慧城市建設的重要一部分,其主要目標是建設通用的一卡通網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)。隨著智能卡的廣泛發(fā)展,城市一卡通應用已從傳統(tǒng)簡單意義上的應用于公共交通,延伸至社會保障、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、旅游、市民卡應用領域,范圍越發(fā)廣泛,也更加方便持卡人的日常生活。如何利用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的思維模式來擴展城市一卡通的功能,更好的為城市建設服務是一卡通系統(tǒng)工程面臨的新的問題。本文以烏魯木齊市“紅山一卡通”系統(tǒng)為基礎,論述了小額消費系統(tǒng)在“城市一卡通”應用中的重要意義,對國內(nèi)實現(xiàn)“城市一卡通”小額消費功能的城市做了對比,通過分析“紅山一卡通”現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)功能,給出了實現(xiàn)在“紅山一卡通”系統(tǒng)基礎上實現(xiàn)小額消費功能的技術方案,對系統(tǒng)的需求分析、總體設計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設計、詳細設計進行了說明,并對核心模塊商戶信息管理、額度分配管理模塊、報表管理模塊進行了詳細設計并給出了實現(xiàn)方案,對于小額消費系統(tǒng)在項目開發(fā)過程中所使用的主要技術進行了論述。論文重點論述了在烏魯木齊“紅山一卡通”系統(tǒng)基礎上實現(xiàn)小額消費的可行性,使用軟件工程的方法給出了小額消費系統(tǒng)設計到實現(xiàn)的完整方案�！俺鞘幸豢ā蓖ㄐ☆~消費系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),擴展了“城市一卡通”的功能,為全面實現(xiàn)市民“一卡在手生活無憂”提供了新的解決思路。
[Abstract]:Urban card system engineering is an important part of intelligent city construction, its main goal is to build a general card network system. With the wide development of smart card, the application of urban card has been more and more widely used in public transportation, social security, health care, tourism and citizen card. Also more convenient card holder's daily life. How to use the "Internet" mode of thinking to expand the functions of the urban one-card system and better serve the urban construction is a new problem facing the system engineering. Based on the "Hongshan Card" system in Urumqi, this paper discusses the significance of the small consumption system in the application of the "Urban Card", and compares the small consumption function of the "Urban Card" in China. Based on the analysis of the existing system functions of Hongshan Card, this paper presents the technical scheme to realize the small consumption function based on the Hongshan Card system, and analyses the requirements, overall design and database design of the system. The detailed design is described, and the core modules of merchant information management, quota allocation management module, report management module are designed in detail and the implementation scheme is given. This paper discusses the main technology used in the project development of small consumption system. This paper mainly discusses the feasibility of realizing small consumption on the basis of "Hongshan Card" system in Urumqi, and gives a complete scheme of design and realization of small consumption system by using software engineering method. The realization of "one card in the city" through the small consumption system expands the function of "one card in the city", and provides a new solution for the realization of "one card in hand".
